“I had the best experience at the Catford Halfords branch. I went in for my appointment to repair a chip on my windscreen and from the very start the service was excellent. A guy called Jay was very helpful with my booking and also when I decided to buy new wiper blades, he took the time to help me choose the right ones. The chip repair was done by a lady called Sam and she was absolutely amazing. You could see how much she enjoys her job. She was friendly, professional, explained every step clearly, and even brought a bit of fun and positivity by singing along while she worked – and she had a great voice too. She did an outstanding job and I could not be happier with the service. Both Jay and Sam went above and beyond and I would highly recommend the Catford branch to anyone.”

“A very delayed review but I was helped by Hayley who was extremely helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable, she knew where everything was that I was after! she also supported me with mixing my paint which was perfect and super quick! I was then served by Joan at the till who was also super helpful and friendly. She helped me with a voucher I had that I was having some difficulties with but she resolved everything smoothly and effectively! Nothing but a great experience and I got everything I needed on my visit and the staff were more than exceptional :)”

Sent me to customer care because she'd need to type the code in for my timber, rather than turning the wood over where the barcode was. Conversely, customer services were great. I needed for of something to qualify for discount, but they only had three in stock. She organised it so I didn't lose out and was really good about it.”

The operator was friendly and reassuring. Went to collect item this evening and the staff were all helpful and efficient.
