“Lenny is an absolute legend at sports massages. I had heard of sports massages but I’ve never really understood the need but now I fully understand how incredible they are for any injuries or pain you may be suffering. But I badly injured my neck and was struggling with pain and moving my head to the right. after just one hour session with Lenny I noticed a huge improvement with mobility and pain relief almost instantly It was still not 100% but after 48 hours doing some gentle excercise Lenny advised to do I am back to being 100% with my neck and completely out of pain. “I’ve been having treatments with Kai and Abi since moving to Rickmansworth, and I couldn’t recommend them more! Kai has given me pregnancy massages as well as full-body and hot stone massages. She always pinpoints exactly where the pain is and explains how to relieve it beyond just massage. I even recommended her to my father-in-law, and thanks to her treatments he has made remarkable progress since his stroke. Over the past year, Kai and her team have worked hard to improve his circulation and muscle movement, and we’ve seen a real difference in his independence and mobility. I’ve also had treatments from Abi, including regular eyebrow waxing and tinting, as well as her incredible Korean facials. These facials have improved my skin so much that even my husband noticed the difference — especially the reduction in blackheads on my nose!”

“I had a catheter ablation at Harefield Hospital on 20th August and was very impressed with the professional yet caring attitude of everyone I came across in the catheter lab and Oak ward. A special mention to Annabelle the outstanding nurse in the Oak ward, nothing was too much trouble for her, she made my stay as comfortable as possible and for this I am most grateful. Everyone in the lab were absolutely amazing too, too many to mention and very much appreciated.”

“This place surely isn't the biggest or most privately contained cafe in a hospital, but that really is the beauty of it. Run by volunteers, these people were wonderful to talk to, and not only to see them with the choice to dedicate this time, but simply considering how long some have lived for (e.g. age 92), and how good their health is. Onto the actual cafe! The price of food here from sandwiches to cafe drinks is the type of reasonable I am expecting and am so happy to see, when comparing to such, including the Costa in the hospital. In my opinion that includes the range of cakes, biscuits and bars too! Having my [veg] sandwhich toasted made it extra fulfilling, and the cappuccino was super! And it gets better: All profits made, go to a certain division of the hospital. More people should visit this cafe to appreciate the efforts devoted by volunteers here. Hospitals should have more affordable, lovingly run cafe's like this! Obviously that doesn't even have to be as a patient!”

“What looks like a little hidden away spa in Uxbridge high street is actually a big spa full of exciting and very reasonable priced treatments. I had Deluxe Normal Polish Manicure, I really liked the idea of this, as it included hand scrub, massage and hot towel.. and OMG it was brilliant. I've never had this treatment on my hands before, oh my hands felt and smelt amazing. The women used some amazing oils and scrubs. My nails..wow!!! The women did such a amazing job, my nails actually look like they are false.. lovely colouring, beautifully shaped and trimmed. Despite them being short on staff, only 2 people on, they were very efficient, really friendly and fantastic at their job.”

“An ideal campsite if you want to visit London without an expensive hotel stay. A short Uber ride into West Drayton where you can get a train or underground straight into the city. If London isn’t your bag then you can walk into Dunham (downhill but uphill on the way back) where the is a selection of eateries and shops. Closer to the site is a small airfield where there is the Biggles restaurant as well as a cafe.”

“We visited during the day for a couple of pints and booked to return the same evening for our celebrations. It was such a lovely experience, Alisha was a perfect host and arranged some little touches which we very much appreciated. We experienced top end customer service which sadly some places don't quite get. The food we ordered was lovely and well presented, we will undoubtedly return and will try the afternoon tea in an Orb. Some of them are sog friendly too which is great. Thanks to Alisha for making it a memorable evening.”

“There was a live artist performing and we had a meal and music deal. The meal was precooked from the varied menu which aided greatly the speed of service. But there was signs of the food having sat about, it was all freshly cooked and tasty. It was a very good evening with friendly people around to chat to and a Happy atmosphere. The singer was very good too. And all at a remarkable price and value for money.”

Very professional staff, helped me to choose a haircut, and recommended what treatment should I use in order to keep my hair healthy. “Best place to stay! We stayed there for a few days and the service was amazing, better than a lot of hotels I've been to. Although it was evening, as soon as I called they picked up in a matter of seconds! The rooms are luxurious and definitely worth the price with great facilities such as a kettle microwave,iron and iron board!”
