The gentleman working there was incredibly patient and helpful, even though my shop extended into after hours. He took the time to walk me through the store, showing me different options and making sure I had everything I needed for my project. You simply don’t find this kind of service or dedication to customers anymore. This shop is a gem, with a selection that goes beyond pet supplies—they also carry homeware, DIY essentials, and more. It’s a much more personal and enjoyable experience than going to a large chain like B&Q, and if there’s something you’re looking for that’s not in stock, they’ll special order it for you. Very knowledgeable and kind hearted couple who are very supportive and honest. All reptiles are in clean, well ventilated vivariums/terrariums and are obviously very well loved. Will absolutely 100% recommend and will definitely be coming back again!”

All aspects of the job had considered solutions borne of experience and all the right tools for the job with a friendly and professional manner. No bodging or cowboy antics. “I have never written a google review before. However, I felt compelled to do so because of the exceptional service received by all the staff at Goddard Veterinary in New Addington. This is the first kitten I have had as an adult, and I wanted to give her the best start in life, so I visited 2 vets in my location. I could not believe how I was totally ignored at the first vet I visited. I thought if they could ignore a human, then I didn't know what they would do to my kitten. So I then visited Goddard Veterinary and was so happy how Marie spoke to me and explained everything to me. First impressions really do count! Since then, I registered my kitten, and she has attended there and is now an adult cat. She has been looked after so well. I would like to say a very big thank you to Marie, Liz, Helen, and Paulo for all their hard work and how kind, caring, and professional they have all been. I chose to write this review 22 months after having my first visit in order to give a true perspective of the service I have received so far. “I was in store during the day of the mask situation stated below and I can say the lady was opening multiple packs of masks so she was politely asked not to open them all and to only open one pack before paying, she then become majorly aggressive towards several members of staff that the staff member serving me behind the till pressed their emergency response button to get the police to the shop, the lady was nearly arrested as she was threatening staff and other customers!! However the store in general was clean tidy & the staff that were in were very friendly!”

They have been proactive and they stopped giving her a long supply after she messed up and did not tell me, I was very impressed, they are very professional. They have really been a huge help and seem to know more than the GP office, I am very grateful.
