I appreciated that she took the time to ask about my preferences for thickness and length, every detail was just right. The salon has a fantastic vibe, clearly popular with clients, and it’s evident that all the hairdressers know hair and exactly what they are doing. “I couldn't imagine a better place for my son and I am so grateful to Joanna and her team of wonderful, kind carers. My son joined Rainbow House at 11 months old at a time when he only wanted to be with his mum and dad. We did a gradual settling in and thanks to JoJos's patience and through various engaging activities and a lot of one to one time they built trust and a great relationship with him. My son loves going to Rainbow House and talks about Jojo and his friends constantly! They do perform miracles - he eats his lunch even on days when he eats nothing at home. At nap time he goes to sleep on his own (since his first full day) even though he has never done this at home once! After two months his vocabulary exploded with words and phrases. They are constantly doing fun activities- playing in the garden, messy play, arts and crafts - each week has a different theme. I would highly recommend Rainbow House, they have exceeded all my expectations. It's a truly magical, happy place!”

“Amazing Hotel, stayed one night. Great service, from the start to end. Dinner venues very Cousy, with outstanding service. Room very clean and comfortable bed, love the fairy showers, smoothing and soft. Breakfast deal it’s amazing, a little morning buffet where we can find a bit all you can eat. There is a water dispenser outside where we can fill our bottles, great idea. Silence and sleeping night for middle of Bankside location. Also great tourism attraction within one mile from it, Tate, Shakespeare Theatre, Borough market, George Inn the oldest gallery inn the world. And more…”

“Anthropologie is one of my wife’s favourite stores but she’s so busy that she tends to buy online & it’s my task, as her Man Friday, to go in-store to return or exchange items. It’s always a pleasure to visit their beautiful on curated stores & they do make returns exceptionally easy & the staff are always absolutely lovely & also helpful. I guess they take pity on me as an old man burdened with an unenviable task, but to tell you the truth I enjoy it (whilst pretending not to)!”

“I went on Wednesday with not alot of confidence in myself and to only buy one bra. I left with 4 items and feeling incredibly comfortable in my body!! The saleswoman Endy (hope I’m spelling this right) is a real asset to your team and was so helpful, knowledgable and reassuring. She knew exactly what I would like even when I had no clue and she was so kind and supportive it made the experience fun despite me dreading lingerie shopping. She was absolutely fantastic and I cannot sing her praises enough!”

“We decided to have a late Summer gathering and were a number of 10. I booked online but rang The Eagle to discuss as wasn’t sure what the weather would be and how best to accommodate our number. I was helped by a very nice member of staff with my booking and gave the returnable deposit. We were given an outside Shack which was nice to have drinks in but moved to another table with benches to eat as it was a more suitable height. Most of us had the Sunday Lunch which had a variety of veg and we could have more Yorkshires or gravy if we wanted. It was very nice having table Service and not having to go to the bar to buy drinks. We paid individually so weren’t presented with one large bill trying to differ up at the end, which helped in a large party. The Eagle wasn’t particularly busy on this particular Sunday afternoon -I have seen their garden rammed before and I wonder if it had been busier we would have had such bespoke service. The only downside was two choices of red wine a Malbec and a Pinot Noir were not available. But all the staff encountered were extremely welcoming and polite and the garden is a delight.”
