From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Theresa and Simon are passionate about the care they provide. They are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they went above and beyond to make sure my cat was comfortable during his stay. The environment is exceptionally clean, and the pens are spacious, giving the cats plenty of room to relax. My cat had a lovely time exploring and resting in his cosy pen. I especially appreciated the large garden area with a beautiful view—what a peaceful setting for the cats to enjoy! Located in a quiet spot, the cattery offers a serene and calm atmosphere, which is perfect for pets who need some downtime. Theresa and Simon even provided me with updates through videos, so I could see how my cat was settling in. It was so reassuring to know he was being well looked after. “Betti is an amazing dog walker. She has been taking my adopted crossed German Shepard for walks every single day since I got her. I needed someone trusted, especially since my dog arrived from another country, and I can honestly say I can not imagine anyone else looking after my Lusia. Betti is very knowledgeable, committed, and loves her job. My dog is so happy to see her every single time. She posts pictures and videos from every walk, so I can see how happy my dog is with other furry friends and what great progress she has made. “I cannot thank the team enough for looking after my elderly and reactive rescue dog. We normally see Ianthi who is the head vet. She is an excellent vet who treats our rather difficult (and enormous) dog with patience and kindess. She has even managed to get him to walk voluntarily onto the weighing scales and even walk into a treatment room. Also, we purchase a copy of our prescriptions and buy the medication online - and it’s always allows us to use it twice which saves us paying for a new prescription every time Furthermore, when our elderly cat was diagnosed with cancer we requested an animal oncologist, and they issued our referral on the same day, they also reviewed him every Saturday until it was time to say goodbye.”

“We use the vets practice at this branch vets for pets. All I can say is they are unbelievable. My dog was in real trouble, we got an emergency appointment at 1.am they took him in for 4 days fixed him up and now hes as good as new. They kept us updated every step of the way. They showed us such great empathy and treated our dog fantastic. Cannot praise them enough.”

“Sadly had to have our kitten put to sleep due to a brain disorder meaning he couldn't stand, walk, wasn't eating or drinking and messing on himself. Lady vet we had couldn't have been kinder. Explaining that he probably had more wrong with his brain than we knew of. She treated Archie with kindness and was really patient with us where we were upset. She helped make a really hard moment that much easier”
