“The care Lorna and Simon give to each cat in the entire den is unbelievable! You couldn't leave them in safer hands. They absolutely love cats and that is the most important thing. I've read some poor reviews based on phone calls or emails, but Lorna is a lovely old lady and if you took the time to at least go and meet her and see what a great place it is, you would soon change your minds. Don't judge a book by its cover.”

“Dropped my cat off for 12 days while we were on holiday abroad. Lovely place with a lovely owner who is a cat lover. It was easy to find with lots of parking. Really local to me so it was convenient and had room to accommodate for my cat, with a heated blanket to keep her warm during the night. Highly recommend if you are looking for a local cattery to keep your cat while you are away.”

“We had to make an emergency appointment after one of our dogs trod on a hornet. It was immediately clear he had a nasty reaction. We were so thankful that we were fitted in to see Sam. She was so good with our nervous rescue dog. He was clearly distressed and in pain, but Sam's gentle and patient approach allowed her to examine him comprehensively. She gave clear guidance about the treatment plan, and we were clear about what to keep under observation over the next few days. Our dog recovered, during the timescale Sam predicted.”

I was kept up to date during the process and the on duty vet also came out afterwards to provide additional information. Really lovely team through a very scary experience for me, and very reassuring.”

“Absolutely amazing care & brilliant staff, the whole team from reception staff, nurses, vets and everyone else that makes this team work so well. We've been using these vets since our dog, Seamus, was a puppy and he's now 8. Most recently he had a teeth clean, we were initially worried about the general anesthetic but the team were so well informed and happy to advise us that it put us totally so at ease so we decided to go ahead with it. The whole process from first booking to the aftercare and updates on the day to was amazing, excellent communication. Our dog ended up needing 4 teeth out and I had 3 calls from a nurse (and one conversation with a vet) on the day to keep me informed of his well-being and to explain the need for his treatment. We felt so secure and happy that he was being loved and cared for as a family member. The bill was also a lot less than we had anticipated which I think is another measure of their professionalism and love for animals. In essence, a brilliant professional vets that we are so grateful for and very happy to recommend. 5 stars!”

“I have been using vets 4 pets for 15 years now, staff have always been friendly, professional and helpful. Both of my dogs enjoy their visits, today's visit went exceptionally well as Oscar responded well to the vet ( I can't remember her name) and was very relaxed during the consultation. For safety reasons I have to bring a muzzle with me in case he becomes scared or is in pain but today he remained calm throughout , he really liked the vet , she was excellent with him and I will definitely be asking if Oscar is able to see her for future appointments.”

She was incredibly kind and gentle with him, making sure he felt safe and at ease throughout the appointment. Truffle can be a bit nervous, but Dr. Ward’s calm and reassuring approach made all the difference. The whole process was smooth and stress-free—for both of us!
