“Visited for the first time this week for a birthday celebration. Booked a table through Google, easy and convenient. The mezes we had were really good, everyone enjoyed them. Almost all of them came with pitta bread. When it came to mains I had veggie spaghetti and was pretty blant, mostly consisting mashrooms and not very tasty ones, would not recommend. My other half had grill and he enjoyed it. My girls had plain spaghetti and soup of the day- tomato soup. Service was attentive and friendly. Didn't have dessert as cake was waiting at home. Atmosphere was very nice and welcoming.”

“This place surely isn't the biggest or most privately contained cafe in a hospital, but that really is the beauty of it. Run by volunteers, these people were wonderful to talk to, and not only to see them with the choice to dedicate this time, but simply considering how long some have lived for (e.g. age 92), and how good their health is. Onto the actual cafe! The price of food here from sandwiches to cafe drinks is the type of reasonable I am expecting and am so happy to see, when comparing to such, including the Costa in the hospital. In my opinion that includes the range of cakes, biscuits and bars too! Having my [veg] sandwhich toasted made it extra fulfilling, and the cappuccino was super! And it gets better: All profits made, go to a certain division of the hospital. More people should visit this cafe to appreciate the efforts devoted by volunteers here. Hospitals should have more affordable, lovingly run cafe's like this! Obviously that doesn't even have to be as a patient!”

There was a small delay with the food being served at that particular time due to a wake being held in another private room but we were kept informed and apologies were offered. Would recommend The Chelsfield Arms.”

“Our daughter (now in year 8) has been at Edge Grove since year 6 having spent all her previous schooling in the French system. We joined the school at a time when the new headmaster, Me Evans, was still putting in place his vision, but we felt that he knew exactly what he was wanting to do, and we completely bought into that vision. We have not been disappointed. The pastoral care has been first rate, particularly helping our daughter in the transition to a British Independent school. From what we have seen, any pastoral issues are dealt with speedily and sensitively. Great emphasis is put on politeness and creating the right environment for learning, whilst enjoying everything that the school has to offer. The education curriculum is innovative, supportive and stretching, and the school is doing a fantastic job of supporting all year 8 pupils in preparation for CE, truly differentiating based on the schools they are applying to and the exams they will be taking. Extra-curriculum activities are great too - the Director of Music is fantastic and the improvement in the quality of all school music activities has been marked, while the head of girls' games is really raising the bar too. Staff go beyond what one might expect and respond rapidly and helpfully to any questions or concerns. The parent community is friendly and welcoming. The school certainly deserves its recent rating of Excellent in all regards from the Independent Schools Inspection. I highly recommend the school to any prospective parent.”

“Modern , well organised professional dentist. Staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. I admittedly missed an appointment due to having COVID , the clinic were very understanding and a new appointment was made . I love the ease of their website, it is very easy to use and very handy to make appointments and you can pick your own time slots. The clinic will send you reminders a few days before hand just in case you forget and confirmation emails. Reception are brilliant with enquiries. I'm not a lover of going to the dentist but here I do feel comfortable and in good hands. Dr Freddie is Amazing, he always explains what he is doing and how long it will take which helps put my nerves at ease, He is genuine and very caring. His knowledge and dedication to dentistry is out standing. Overall you couldn't ask for a better service with amazing empathetic staff. Ample parking right outside with disabled access.”

“It maybe a mini version of a usual H&B store, but, the staff here are so helpful, resourceful having vested interest in the welfare of the customer over just selling anything off the rack. Special thanks to Lesley and Antonina, they have always been nice to my family, given us useful tips, advises and product information. Also on how best we can use our H&B loyalty card and deals to save money. They even sweetly pamper my little one and she loves going to the store for her dose of healthy snacks. As the store is small, I usually order my items online and it quickly gets delivered for pick up from this local store. I have been visiting H&B stores for years, but, when we moved local, I found the service in this store way more personalised, warm and welcoming. Keep up the great work!”

“I got as far as the door before finding dogs weren't allowed. It appeared to be the first time someone has asked - as the staff stared silently at each other before telepathically deducing that the answer was no. Anyway, my wing man ordered the coffees which were of good quality and supplied in a timely fashion. Sadly, I was only able to get a picture of the inside through the closed door, but it looked nice, cosy and clean inside. Outside seating has been created in an imaginative and optimistic way...which makes it difficult to get a picture of the place without including an industrial bin!”

“This Pizza Hut team gets it right at busy times! We left another hyped up restaurant for poor service and came here last minute; we were seated promptly, had glasses for the drinks machine within seconds of ordering, food arrived in under 10 mins and was cooked perfectly to spec (I used to work at another Pizza Hut so I know!) and the servers were constantly on it, moving items out of our way, checking up on us. Great work all! I like Pizza Hut because I know what I’m getting and this was no exception:)”
