“Been meaning to leave a review for a very long time, however managed to forget..probably due to the fantastic friendly service we always receive from the team. We are always welcomed with open arms and the team bend over backwards to accommodate us. I must shout out the whole team… they’re all amazing… however, Becks has served us since we first started coming here, since moving in locally, before Jason the Head Chef joined, she was the main reason for our return. Jason joined, the food has been out of this world… I would recommend the roasts - they’re delicious! The beef is served pink and the vegetables are cooked perfectly and well seasoned. It’s always a pleasure coming to visit The Black Horse and we cannot recommend it enough. Final shout out to Becks, Jason… our favourites… and of course Harry, Layla, Ben, Jess, Jack and Ollie. ❤️❤️❤️”

“A very clean and accommodating hotel. Prime location. Absolutely centrally located to many of the city's attractions. Within walking distance or in some cases a 30 minute taxi ride or less to very popular areas of the city. The bar at Primo is well maintained, modern and impeccably clean. The bartender there the night we were there was a true professional. His name was Denis, and so far on our trip, he has been our favorite bartender with no close second. Drinks were spot on. He has a great personality and a great sense of humor. Bravo Park Plaza, you have gem on your hands in Denis.”

“Received roses for valentine's Day from abroad and they were beautiful. Just roses and not padded out with lots of greenery like a lot of florists do. Lovely vase and delivered on time. Again I got a fabulous bouquet and some of the flowers were in individual pods so they lasted weeks. Very good idea . The owner delivered them and is a gentleman.”

“Bought a bouquet for some friends who are having a baby. Ordered just after midday, and they were delivered the same day just after 4pm. I phoned just after placing the order to check the delivery address and the woman I spoke to was a delight. Very helpful and explained also that she would have to make a little substitute owing to the fact some of the flowers in the photo were not in stock. Of course this is not a problem, and in any case it didn't make a difference, if anything the final bouquet was even more beautiful than the photos online, my friends were very touched! Lovely people, will definitely use again.”

The food was beautifully presented and served hot. The room was elegantly decorated for 25 guests seated at a long table. Nothing was too much for the staff, I was so impressed. Laura is amazing at waxing, she has made me feel so comfortable and relaxed as I never used to do waxing before this.
