“Got the lamb doner wrap , it was £7.50 but it was HUGE ( the photo shows only half of the wrap after being cut in half). It was pretty good value for money . Update: been loads of time now, had previously given a 4 but I’ve changed it to 5 now. Lamb kofte, doner , rice and chips are tasty.”

“We stopped for a snack and drinks. We had duck spring rolls which were served beautifully with sweet chilli sauce and salad with a mustard dressing. Probably the best spring rolls I’ve had – thin crispy pastry with a delicious duck filling The drinks were nice. I asked for lime and soda with bitters (where I am used to lemon lime and bitters in Australia) which they accommodated and it was quite delicious. A nice setting good service and a helpful, friendly girl behind the bar. Recommended highly.”

“I was for just a week in London & wishing to find a place to have a Back and Foot Massage, so I found this place, and oh WOW. I was seen by Fatimah and is simple the best. She went beyond what I have requested, as she gave massage to my head and face too. I felt well looked after and cared for. she made me feel I matter and when we go for a service that we put ourselves onto others hands, that is a very important skills to feel from the person that is looking after you. “Stayed 1 night following an in house party. We had asked for a twin room and were assured our allocated room was a twin. It wasn't but as we were only staying 1 night didn't want to make a fuss. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Hotel is modern, well decorated and modern. The rooms are well appointed with hair dryer and safe available. Breakfast was lovely with variations to the menu no trouble at all. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.”

“I know the Dog and Fox very well but had never stayed in the hotel. It was a great decision, a beautifully comfortable bed, spacious and clean room . Breakfast was also excellent with multiple choices of continental and traditional dishes on offer. All cooked dishes were prepared to order and piping hot. My stand out part of the visit were the staff, highly trained, cheerful and helpful. In the bar, restaurant and reception they didn’t fail to impress. I have to also mention housekeeping , although I didn’t see them it was obvious they were working hard in the background to create a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Can’t recommend enough and will definitely be back .”

“I never really have cause to go into jewelry shops (I don't really wear any) but I found a watch online that I knew Ernest Jones might be able to get in stock. I wanted to buy it in store, as the only way to keep shops open is for people to actually go in them, but only if they could get the watch and match the price. Oddly, not only was I helped by another Gemma (but a Jemma!) she was lovely and wonderfully helpful. She called another store that carried the watch, organised a price match and had it delivered to that store, so I wouldn't have to go too far to get it. There was the option of having it delivered to my home, but I preferred to pop back into the shop. Everything was made so easy, it was all organised for me and with total cheerfulness, nothing forced or false. There was another lady working there, but although we didn't speak, she was very smiley, despite it being first thing in the morning! The store was tidy, clean and organised, with just a little too much wear on the carpet to age the shop, but shop carpets are always the first victim to wear and tear! Jemma was an absolute delight and I'm genuinely happy to go back in and collect my new watch. Admittedly I'm more excited for the watch, but it's really pretty! I really cannot stress enough how friendly Jemma was, with no hint of annoyance at my weird questions or overly chatty behaviour (I'm a Sunflower person and had only taken my medication about an hour before, which takes a couple of hours to get me to 'normal' person level!) She was fabulous and a true benefit to the company.”

“I don’t do spare much and this was amazing . Was given to me for a present and finally got to use it , so glad I didn’t waste it Treatment - was amazing and the lady Jess L was so kind and informative. Being a plus size body makes me anxious when getting naked and in this kind of environment. However she made me feel good in myself and massaged me wonderfully. We used the stone message chairs and they are so comfortable and getting a lovely lunch at the end and using the pool and other facilities definitely will be coming back ! And recommend to anyone. Also to made it better my mum couldn’t have a certain treatment so getting a complementary drink was super kind”
