“Absolutely blown away by the fantastic customer service by Dave Clark... went in very last minute for a suit for a friends wedding and told him the kinda thing I was after and he picked out pretty much what I had in my mind to a T, maybe even better. Helped not only find the suit itself but went around and found the perfect shoes, shirt and tie to accompany it. Again, fantastic customer service, top quality products at a very good price! 10/10 would recommend to anyone buying a suit in Manchester, this is the place to get it!”

“I went for a gait analysis today at runners need, we just turned up not realising they did actually have an appointment system, their next appointment wasn’t until later that day and the shop wasn’t busy at the time we went in so the guy happily did the gait analysis. I have never had one before and wasn’t sure what to expect apart from running on a treadmill, the guy who did the analysis was very knowledgeable and very thorough, he was very helpful and I felt confident he knew what he was talking about and felt confident enough to take his advice!! As it turns out I have been running in shoes that are 1.5 sizes too small, hence all the problems I have been having! I wanted to leave this review as there are so many bad ones and had I read these before I probably wouldn’t have gone there. Don’t be put off by all the bad reviews!!!”

“Bought a range of Airofin items (jersey/winter jersey/bib leggins/bib shorts) for cycling as I was in need of some new gear. Really pleased with all of it. Good prices but still a step up from the standard dhb gear. The jacket is the perfect length but not at all baggy and the bib shorts are much more comfortable than my last pair as the padding covers a bigger area. Overall really pleased with this gear. Would recommend. Some really good discounts on the website right now also.”

“Good deal on Group-on at time of writing. This place is great, clean, well priced with loads to do. There's a play frame, climbing walls, leap of faith, death drop, high climb and a caving section too (some are extra on admission). The cafe is well priced, with a good selection. We only did the play frame today but will most definitely be back to try the rest out.”

Mo was super helpful and very knowledgeable, he made me comfortable and never tried to sell but explained my choices and the product features , ended up buying a pair of amazing Salming Venom shoes , by far the best court shoes I had used and I got it for a fantastic prices , even lesser than online price, most importantly there the human touch where my requirements was considered and right guidance was given by Mo. “I want to share my exceptional experience. I purchased a pair of mens workout/lounge bottoms a few years ago whilst I was in New Zealand but a few months ago the material on one of the legs separated (looked like it was glued together, not stitched) and one of the pocket zips had broke. I spoke to the online chat (not the most helpful with understanding my issue), who eventually directed me to visit my nearest store as they would be able to help. I live in Plymouth with my nearest store being either in London or Manchester, so when I was in Manchester I thought I would try my luck and take them into the store to see if they could be repaired. A lady with the initials AD (sorry I cannot remember your name) was very friendly and welcoming helped me. She clearly told me what to possibly expect from a repair and how long it would take. I mentioned that I live in Plymouth so wouldn't be back in Manchester for a while, to which she said that they can post it back to me which was great. She also said that the service is free of charge (including the postage), which I was not expecting at all, but with the service I received I will definitely buy more from lululemon in the future. Thank you again for your help AD, it is greatly appreciated!”

“I never knew looking for outdoor wear and equipment could be so thrilling! I'm more of a cruise kind of person but decided this year to take a risk and go camping in the Lake District - needless to say when it came to buying some stuff for the trip I was well out my depth! Fortunately I was aided by a lovely young girl with long black hair, I think her name was Charlotte or Chelsea. She had the real demeanor of a helpful young business salesperson . They looked up order history, put in the product code helped me find the product and even helped me check out, in one of the busiest hours in day.
