He was on his own on the shop floor and it was really busy, but he handled everything amazingly – calm, polite, and courteous with every customer. Even under pressure, he took the time to help me properly, made sure everything fit well, and gave great advice. Really helpful and patient throughout. “~1115 hours Sunday 16/02/25 Excellent Customer Service I rang this store on 3 separate occasions, with 3 different female staff members answering the phone promptly on first ring. All ladies took details of my request and went away to check my request/stock levels etc. unfortunately my call line kept disconnecting. However the 3rd lady I spoke with explained they had spoken with each other and left a message for me explaining they did attempt to recall me but were unable to do so, the product I requested was not in stock and advised me how to contact Adidas Customer Service Centre. I would like to thank all 3 ladies for their excellent customer service, pleasant telephone manners and expert knowledge, I know one of the ladies was a Manager in the store and will be able to highlight and pass on my thanks to her team members.
