“Bought a range of Airofin items (jersey/winter jersey/bib leggins/bib shorts) for cycling as I was in need of some new gear. Really pleased with all of it. Good prices but still a step up from the standard dhb gear. The jacket is the perfect length but not at all baggy and the bib shorts are much more comfortable than my last pair as the padding covers a bigger area. Overall really pleased with this gear. Would recommend. Some really good discounts on the website right now also.”

“I have been wanting the Clairemont Way Fisherman Sandals for the past few months but couldn't get them online in a size 8. I thought I would go into a physical store to see if I got lucky. A male staff member said that they unfortunately only had a size 7.5 in stock. I assumed that it wasn't meant to be, but straight away, he said that he could make a call and see whether they have some in another store. Not only did they have my size available, but he sorted the order at the till to ensure that I could have the shoes delivered to my home address. I really appreciated how attentive he was in finding a solution so that I could get the pair of shoes that I wanted. I would definitely come here again. This was on Wednesday 30th July at 2:30pm.”

“I went for a gait analysis today at runners need, we just turned up not realising they did actually have an appointment system, their next appointment wasn’t until later that day and the shop wasn’t busy at the time we went in so the guy happily did the gait analysis. I have never had one before and wasn’t sure what to expect apart from running on a treadmill, the guy who did the analysis was very knowledgeable and very thorough, he was very helpful and I felt confident he knew what he was talking about and felt confident enough to take his advice!! As it turns out I have been running in shoes that are 1.5 sizes too small, hence all the problems I have been having! I wanted to leave this review as there are so many bad ones and had I read these before I probably wouldn’t have gone there. Don’t be put off by all the bad reviews!!!”

I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the prices were compared to buying from shoe stores. The store has a good variety of trainers, apparel, and accessories, and the deals make it easy to shop without overspending. Staff were helpful and the shopping experience was smooth. We went in for football boots and the owner gave my children tennis balls for free and even played 'football' with my son. “I want to share my exceptional experience. I purchased a pair of mens workout/lounge bottoms a few years ago whilst I was in New Zealand but a few months ago the material on one of the legs separated (looked like it was glued together, not stitched) and one of the pocket zips had broke. I spoke to the online chat (not the most helpful with understanding my issue), who eventually directed me to visit my nearest store as they would be able to help. I live in Plymouth with my nearest store being either in London or Manchester, so when I was in Manchester I thought I would try my luck and take them into the store to see if they could be repaired. A lady with the initials AD (sorry I cannot remember your name) was very friendly and welcoming helped me. She clearly told me what to possibly expect from a repair and how long it would take. I mentioned that I live in Plymouth so wouldn't be back in Manchester for a while, to which she said that they can post it back to me which was great. She also said that the service is free of charge (including the postage), which I was not expecting at all, but with the service I received I will definitely buy more from lululemon in the future. Thank you again for your help AD, it is greatly appreciated!”

“One conspicuous feeling you have in this store is how Neat the floor is. It's well ventilated and well lit here. They are well stocked. I went here to see the pharmacist for my Yellow fever vaccine which I had booked in advance from their website. They were very polite and explained stuff to me well. I would always recommend Boots to everyone.”
