“Having not owned a hot tub before it was a big decision for us to make the purchase and we had LOTS of questions. So happy we chose hot tubs direct, all the people we have dealt with have been friendly and knowledgeable, the tub was ordered and delivered in the specified time period, we needed a crane to lift the tub over the house, hot tubs direct arranged everything. Even after purchase they are always on hand to answer any questions, Chloe especially deserves our thanks as she is always happy to help. We found the price very fair and the maintenance plan offered also looks to be great value (not had to use it yet and hopefully don’t have to apart from service). Overall we are really happy with the hot tub and massively impressed by the service received, can’t fault them.”

“The lady was so helpful, I couldn't decide which ring to go for, she suggested one looked more elegant than the other and it turned out to be the cheaper of the 2, very genuine, customer service excellent, I went back the next day as the ring was too big (my hands were very warm in the shop) and she exchanged it fir a smaller size. She was extremely nervous and Jonathan and his nurse put her at ease from the moment we arrived. The entire process went so well, so much so that she was unaware that the teeth had even been removed! Diane responded very quickly and within a few weeks came to visit us and designed our dream kitchen – with the island that we wanted! We are really enjoying our new kitchen and still can't believe the transformation. It’s such a beautiful room and we are looking forward to spending lots of time and creating memories entertaining friends and family. “After trying 2 other shops, I took a bracelet into this jewellers which I wanted extending for my sons 16th. It is a family heirloom and very special. The two previous shops had said categorically nothing could be done, so I gave it one last try here. The ladies were unbelievably helpful and caring, understanding why it was important to get this bracelet extended and keep it in the family. They came up with an amazing solution and had it sent away, extended and back within a week. All this at a fantastic cost. In short, this jewellers go the extra mile to help their customers.
