“Always been top class in customer service, had multiple weddings in the family and Andaaz has always helped us, we’ve bought shalwar kameez and waistcoats and prince jackets for big groups of boys and men, it’s so nice when all the boys are dressed the same on those special days. She gave me advice, and took her time to explain the pros and cons on each of the bags I was looking at. “Try before you buy. Physical store. We already had an idea of which two mattresses we wanted to try out due to the help we recieved from Stewart on the Live Chat the night before. Stewart had already produced two quotes which we took into the shop and were met by Jake. He showed us where the two mattresses we wanted to look at were within the store but also suggested a mattress we'd never have otherwise have considered (Tempur Pro Plus Smartcool Mattress) which is not the coil spring mattress type we've always had. We actually preferred the Tempur once we had tried lying down on it in the shop so bought that. Jake was very respectful of the fact that it was Stewart who had been our first point of contact and the reason we came into store and so the managers of both sales assistants were made aware that it had been a joint effort in order to service us. Overall so far a very good experience. Product is being delivered 10/11/25 with a 40 day sleep trial so if we just do not get on with the new mattress we can exchange it. We paid a bit extra to have our old mattress removed/recycled and the delivery charge for the new mattress includes delivery to a room of our choice so they'll take it upstairs.”

“YHA Manchester is an example of how a good hostel doesn't have to cost a lot. Large, bright and airy room for four people. The beds were solid, the only thing missing was curtains on the bunk beds for more privacy, but that's a minor detail. The bathroom was a good size, clean and looked new. The common areas are large and beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location near a train and tram station is great for a city the size of Manchester. The hostel has a view of part of the river canal, and having breakfast with this view was a bonus. I would definitely stay at this hostel again”

“I've stayed at this Premier Inn many times and I have to say, it's a very good spot. The location is great, with McDonald's just around the corner and Chinatown only a 5-minute walk away. Plus, every time we stay here we discover new parts of Manchester that we haven't seen before. It's at the quieter end of Manchester which is always a plus. The hotel is also very close to the train stop, so it's easy to get around. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also good, with a decent variety of options available. Overall, I highly recommend this Premier Inn. The location is great, it's at the quieter end of Manchester and it's easy to access other parts of the city. Plus the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable”

“Thank you to Lewis Danny , Leon and the the whole team for such a welcoming stay - I could have stayed all week with a team like that , like are an absolute credit to your establishment. Leon served me in the restaurant. He was kind , warm , understanding , knowledgeable , helpful , professional, but above all else his service was exemplary, second to none! I have never met such customer service in a very long time , of this level , and how refreshing to meet someone that loves what they do , and has a positive attitude in all their work. Promote him very soon, or I'll be honest you are missing a trick here , and definetly do not let him move to another hotel. Danny was kind , warm so so welcoming & answered every question I had promptly & efficiently. “Thanks to all at Cullens for their professional advise, my flowers were beautifully arranged , delivered exactly on the day . I was advised that the large supermarkets & on line suppliers buy flowers in bulk when the prices are right . they are then kept in freeezing temperatures until needed ( sometimes up to 10 months ) when purchased they are poor quality & they last only a few days This florist uses only fresh seasonal flowers which they get direct from the growers on a twice weekly basis , they will last three, four, or five times longer.”
