“A very cozy place indeed especially when there’s a little drizzle outside. The ambiance was so quiet and comfortable that you can get a lot of work done in peaceful environment. There are chairs, sofa seats and counters to choose from according to your taste. Outdoor seating is however best for a bit chilly weather. About coffee, I found it pretty bland to be honest. It just tasted like coffee dissolved in water with a pinch of milk. Still better than Starbucks but needed a cookie to get some taste. The staff is really friendly and helpful with ingredients and taste.”

It’s in a convenient city centre location, easy to reach and perfect for a quick coffee break or to relax for a while. The café was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and polite, and my order was served quickly. The atmosphere was pleasant — nice background music, good lighting, and a calm vibe even though it’s usually quite busy during rush hours. There’s free Wi-Fi and enough seating for short stays, though it can get crowded at times. Overall, a nice spot for a coffee in the heart of Manchester. I’d rate it 4 out of 5 for its service, cleanliness, and location.”

“Lovely store in Knutsford! Staff are extremely friendly, absolutely nothing too much to ask and quick at queue busting. There is a pretty wide selection of food for a coffee shop. “I have been visiting this Costa for at least 13 years maybe more. I have always enjoyed the quality of the coffee but a couple of weeks ago I was visiting Costa with my daughters and just as I had given my order I received some unexpected news via a phone call and i had to leave the store to continue the conversation. Whilst i did this my teen daughters stayed in the store where two members of staff kindly continued to serve them their drinks and get them seated. When I returned into Costa, the two members of staff could see i was overwhelmed and offered kindness and helped complete my order. Today I revisited the same Costa and was greeted by the same members of staff who remembered who I was and asked how things were and said they had been thinking of me. This absolutely blew me away, Costa management and head quarters should be so proud and honoured to have such kind and caring people working for their company, the names of these very special people are Nikki and Amy. Thank you to these ladies for showing such compassion, your moment of kindness and giving me your time has filled me with such positivity and strength. I had to write this review especially to say thank you. I would also like to mention Sophie who is an exceptional Barista and always makes me feel very welcome. I love this store. You have a great team, Thank you. X”
