“Fantastic little pub right in the heart of Handforth great atmosphere plenty to do every day of the week from bingo darts pool they even have a games collection which is great for adults and children staff are friendly and very welcoming”

“This is our 2nd visit here ( we dont live locally) so our visita are far apart. The food on both occasions was delicious. We shared the CAMEMBERT for two, with 4 slices of toasted Ciabatta and red onion relish. Extremely tasty. I had the Lentil Cottage pie with vegetables. Really tasty. Hunters chicken was very tasty too. We ate outside. Then went inside for a coffee and to investigate this lovely old house. I read and looked at the photographs on the walls and found out it had belonged to The Boddington Family. Staff were lovely. Very helpful and friendly.”

“I went to the cinema to watch a live National Theatre Production. The cinema was very organised. I went straight to the screen and waited for the show. As it was live, everyone made it to their seat before the start. The performance was excellent and I will be returning to watch another show. Living in Manchester I’m not going to travel to London for these shows. What a great opportunity to see real theatre. I loved it.”

“Wow what can i say we had our wedding here 2 weeks ago and it really was the perfect venue. Lucy was amazing and really helpful during the planning and on the day everything went exactly as it should all the staff were amazing on the day! jake was so helpful the night before accomadating a big party for food and was amazing on the wedding day too. John our master of ceromonies was fabulous too. All guests commented on how lovely there room was. We used the Delamere suite to get ready and for our wedding night and it was perfect. Thank you so much to everybody who made our day amazing ❤️”

“A very nice pub,not too far away from Manchester Airport. Atmosphere was very good, food equally good and reasonably priced. Service was a bit slow,but it was very busy. When our meals did arrive it was well worth the wait. Your four legged friends are also welcome. I would definitely go again.”

“Haven’t been here for a good few years. Used to go regularly but got bored of the flavours and prices went up. Went today as we were craving for authentic halal Chinese food. The food was amazing. From the squid to the prawn balls. The egg fried was nice. The best had to be the roast duck in black bean sauce. The flavours were deliges and the duck tasted good. The complimentary prawn crackers were a good touch. Will be definitely coming here again soon.”

“So I called here as I needed delivery and was so in the mood for a curry. Knutford doesn't really deliver and the one nice restaurant that does was so busy as closed due to refurbishment. So I thought if try here. I'm so glad I did, the guy who answered the phone was so helpful and helped me pick the best curry based upon the description I gave of what I wanted. I'm out of the catchment area so paid more for delivery and I would again because the food was so delicious and I haven't got 1 thing to complain about, and I complain about anything that's anything but perfect! “I absolutely love this shop and have been a very loyal customer for years. There is a fantastic selection of casual and dressy clothes and they stock some very different brands all brought together in a gorgeous boutique. Together with friendliest shop assistants. I feel very lucky to have such a lovely shop in the village. And I have had a lot of compliments if I'm wearing any Tuula outfits as they are just a little bit different and Nicky and her team know their stock so well they are able to help you put things together you might never have thought of.”

“The barista made a very enjoyable Americano and delicious creamy hot chocolates for my children. A very clean and comfortable coffee shop, and after a long walk in Fletcher Moss, it was the ideal environment for my children to relax. I would also like to add that service provided as this particular branch was of a very high standard. I would highly recommend a visit. 10/10”

“This is a generally busy Nero coffee shop located near Manchester Royal Hospital and Manchester University. It is very close to the Whitworth Gallery. I like the coffee in Nero coffee shops. It is generally consistent. The staff in this particular branch are always friendly and helpful with good service. They keep the place tidy. My only criticism is that like many Nero Coffee shops the furniture is looking somewhat tired and in need of a refresh.”
