“I’m consistently impressed with Emma every time I visit this Costa. She always remembers my drink and has it ordered before I even get the chance to ask. She works with a genuine smile, is friendly to everyone, and goes out of her way to remember people’s orders. Emma carries herself like she owns an independent coffee shop, and she represents both the franchise and the Costa brand impeccably. In a world full of mediocre service, she is a refreshing standout. “We came to this branch of costa on Saturday 25th October 2025 ,my son was doing a challenge to run 103km in memory of his friend who died of MND ,we highlighted this area as a rest stop, I felt we needed to praise your staff as they allowed his sports physio to set up her table to work on the team as it was cold and breezy outside, that bit of warmth as well as coffee was very much appreciated Thank you costa staff”

“I always have a great experience at this Argos, and this visit was no different. I went in to collect an eBay parcel, but the seller hadn’t provided enough information for Argos to notify me it was ready. Ryan, the store manager, stepped in straight away to help. He listened to my issue, located the parcel after a thorough search, and even stayed on the phone with eBay for ages to sort it out. Despite how busy it is during the Christmas rush, he remained polite, cheerful, and incredibly helpful. Ryan is a credit to Argos, and the store should be proud to have such a fantastic manager. “Went to purchase some toys for my sons birthday today. One was a twin pack of monster trucks. I asked the lady if we could choose particular ones. Usually you just get what you get but she was amazing and went to check if they had the one we wanted. They didn't so she then rang Elk Mill to see if they had the one we wanted and offered all help she could to find the particular ones. Unfortunately she couldn't find them but was so lovely and let us choose between what they had in. Usually nobody would do this so i was so grateful to her. Her name was Amanda and i think she deserves alot of credit. Thank you so much Amanda. There should be more workers like Amanda!”

“Dropped in for a coffee and pastry - quick service and best coffee I’ve had for a while! At last someone gets that by not overheating the coffee you get flavour… it’s in an airport so it’s never going to be cheap - but probably the best caffeine fix I’ve found in T2”
