No. Went into the store with the shelf and bracket and within 2 mins I had the necessary materials (exact amount rather 100 pack) at a fraction of the cost of what I would have paid at the big chain. When items ready to collect another text will be received saying items ready for collection with your order number. The app is excellent for browsing for items and prices are very competitive. The service provided by the staff is excellent.”

When Pack & Send collected them they informed me that they were insufficiently packed and provided photographs which showed how woeful the packing was. They offered to unpack the items and repack them correctly and when I received them the other end I was extremely pleased with how well they were packed. You could have dropped the box and the items inside would have been fine. High quality service.”

“I went in today to drop my plane iron off for the in-store sharpening service. Nathaniel offered to call me back once it was done, and give me a demo on how to set the plane up, and use it as well. He went above and beyond with getting the blade flat and sharp, and set it up beautiful, giving me some fantastic advice! It's my Grandad's old plane so I'm absolutely thrilled to have it working, and cannot thank Nathaniel enough. Aside from this, I always get great service and advice, and great products of course - cannot recommend the store and team enough.”
