“The Heaton Moor practice are always very pleasant and genuinely care about the welfare of your pet. Making appointments is easy and rarely have to wait too long. I have been taking my pets to Woodcroft in Heaton Moor for what must be in excess of 30 years and have never had any reason to complain. To make things easier I am in their pet club which makes payment for routine annual boosters, worming and flea treatment very manageable. I recommend taking your pet there (far better than the chain of vets you may know of up and down the country.”

“Needed an emergency accommodation due to Dv and I was booked in to the hotel at the last minute, At first I was afraid when I was told it is an hotel due to my terrible experience some years back and to my surprise it was the best I have ever gotten. No discrimination plus I needed Ramadan timetable calendar. Because where I was coming form,the time is different plus google keeps giving different time. I was afraid to asked the staff but to my surprise when I asked he told me the time and also gave me a picture…. Overall it is the best place ever especially if you have children the room is so big and accommodating I just wish their is a cooker but even without that the hotel is the best and cleanliness hotel I have ever seen and best location.”

We have never had to chase her to do anything and she has always responded very quickly to everything. Something a lot of her colleagues in the legal profession could learn from her. In some ways it is a pity that this is the last of our buy to let properties. If we had more we would certainly have asked her to act on our behalf again when selling. Having bought and sold a few properties over the years I can honestly say this is the best service from the legal profession I have ever received.
