“As a family tradition we go out for breakfast on the morning of a holiday. We tried this cafe as the reviews were very positive and my wife had heard about it through a work colleague. The staff were very welcoming. There were a few regulars in who made the place seem very community focussed, more friends than customers. The food was really good freshly prepped after we ordered. When I mentioned where we going on holiday the lady who served us explained she was from that same area originally and advised us of things to look out for. Can't fault it. We will visit again definitely.”

“Wanted to say thanks to the guy that helped us out, unfortunately didn't get his name but he was beyond helpful we visited 3 times on Sunday to help fix a toilet cistern leak, his advice was 10/10 being a plumber himself. The staff at the store are brilliant!”

We come quite often to have lunch and I normally opt for one of their amazing pies and my other half loves their Lasagna. “I found them to be the cheapest building suppliers so far and notice they beat the prices of so called popular cheap suppliers in the area. The Travis Perkin app is very useful as you can check prices, compare products and give access to your builder to put in orders. I would suggest adding how to videos on some of the products like some other apps in the industry. Their delivery service is convenient with a tracking system which means you can do a Just In Time delivery so no need to wait around and you can turn up a stop before they arrive to your location. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable so if you are novice in the industry you have expertise to hand. “Getting there by public transport/foot: So I got the 192 from Manchester City Centre and you want to get off at Belmont Way, it's the stop after Belmont Bridge which is near Topps Tiles and Boots Opticians. You then follow Belmont Way all the way around and cross over to the left when you reach the ASDA mini shop and Farm Foods, keep walking up when you get to the corner you will see JYSK it's between Halfords and Wickes. It's about a 10-15 minute walk depending on your pace when you get off the 192. Store and Customer Experience: The actual store is very tidy and displays are done very well. It's shows a great range of products as well as incredible prices. As for customer service, it's probably the best I have experienced to date from any shopping experience. I have made a few visits and you never have the feeling that you would want to speak to a specific staff member over an other, as everyone of them that has helped me with customer service has been fantastic. An incredible team for customer experience. Delivery Service: They use a company called AnyVan. I purchased a 3-seater sofa and I could pick how many people I wanted to deliver it and what day (Mon - Fri). So one person delivering will be one price and an extra drivers mate will cost a little more. My sofa delivery price was £27 and for a drivers mate it would have been £40 but I wanted to keep cost down and was more than able to help the driver. They also have a great tracking system and the day before delivery will give you an estimated time slot, so keep checking your emails. I also made a measurement mistake and unfortunately I couldn't get the sofa through the communal areas. I called JYSK back after arranging a paid sameday collection from AnyVan and was then able to go back to the store to exchange it for a 2-seater sofa. Again. Great service on behalf of AnyVan and JYSK. Now I have my 2-seater sofa and will be going back for the armchair on my next pay day :D.”

“First time here today. Excellent garden centre. Large variety of plants. Found what I need. Will be back. Customer service was great today. I only went to shop for some plants, however shop sells everything from swimming pools, wallpaper and paints to compost and plant feeders.”

She was so chatty and kind to us and was so helpful offering us bubble wrap for a light we brought. If the manager sees this please thank her for us!”

“Well this was my first experience here, it was recommended by a friend to take my children and experience delicious grilled food. I have the most pickiest of children that you can image but boy did the food here amaze them and have them licking their fingers! The service was second to none, the staff was warm and friendly and really made the kids feel welcome and safe. The starters, right through to the mains were beautifully presented and full of flavour, moist and juicy to the very last bite. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking to sit down with friends and family and enjoy a meal that will leave an impression. Definitely worth the drive up north! I think this will be a firm family staple.”

“Stayed for a night for a conference in Manchester but didn't want the hustle and bustle.of Manchester city centre. We were greeted by a great guy named Ste in reception who was so welcoming and made us laugh. We ate in the bar and had a couple of drinks, nothing was too much for Ste, he even popped into the kitchen to find me some orange slices for my Blue Moon beer! Fantastic service. Would stay again. More hotels need a Ste too!”

“Absolutely superb, run like a well oiled machine & not expensive! Having lost my parents recently I needed some beds and lounge furniture removed along with clearance of a garage full of absolute rubbish accumulated over 60 years. The team of 2 that attended were hugely efficient, friendly, helpful and extremely quick - all done and loaded within 2 hours which would’ve taken us at least 24 hrs! They even swept leaves and cobwebs up in garage before they left - above and beyond. I would highly recommend Hole in the Wall. Thanks for everything guys!”
