“17th March 2025. Had a desperate need to use the facilities at Woodhouse Park Lifestyle Centre at Wythenshawe. Had a very warm welcome, from Michaela, Danielle and Sally. They explained to me about the centre and the services they offer and I was quite impressed. I could see they were working there hoping to make a difference, and I could see it was working. “I went to the shop with a good idea of what I wanted to buy. I was given good advice and had a nice chat with the 2 blokes in there. This is the kind of sports shop that every town used to have. You can't beat face to face advice and being able to see and touch what you are buying. They stock a wide range of equipment. Brilliant.”

“Super honest and super helpful.Had passed by this shop few times , decided to walk in to check for a pair or badminton shoes . Mo was super helpful and very knowledgeable, he made me comfortable and never tried to sell but explained my choices and the product features , ended up buying a pair of amazing Salming Venom shoes , by far the best court shoes I had used and I got it for a fantastic prices , even lesser than online price, most importantly there the human touch where my requirements was considered and right guidance was given by Mo. Will definitely recommend and will revisit for stringing service.”

“This is one place where you can come alive, the breath of fresh air while watching the sports activities. I love the inclusivity. They have a team for physically challenged teenagers and kids. They come with their carers or families, and it is an amazing sports center to get on a sports team. And yes! Pets are allowed in. There are no seats here, but u can always come with one.”

“We have been boarding our cat with Castle Croft several times a year for about 8 years now. They treat him so well and he always comes home well groomed and smelling wonderful. Would definitely recommend.”

“Good deal on Group-on at time of writing. This place is great, clean, well priced with loads to do. There's a play frame, climbing walls, leap of faith, death drop, high climb and a caving section too (some are extra on admission). The cafe is well priced, with a good selection. We only did the play frame today but will most definitely be back to try the rest out.”

“Amy was absolutely fantastic from start to finish . I rang up a day prior to book badminton 6-7 on Thursday and she took ownership from minute one . When we got there she was really accommodating and answered all the questions to make us feel at ease was polite and professional”

“Attend the gym and classes on a regular basis. Equipment is more than adequate and people are always lovely. The staff even ‘rescued’ a couple of flasks I’d left in the football pitches and kept them until I was next it. Very much appreciated it.”

“Just had my daughters party at Ashton leisure centre it was amazing. Danny and the team here are wonderful and really helpful. my daughter, friends and family had a great time in the pool and the party room with music and disco lights, couldn't thank them enough. Sometimes we forget what great facilities we have on our doorstep that doesn't cost the earth especially when you have a great friendly team like Dannys”
