“Cracking food, atmosphere and Shahin's customer service was good! Would definitely recommend to a friend! It was good but we had gone in for a birthday and they did the whole happy birthday song, brought out a cake with a candle on it, without us asking for it, which seemed nice but then charged us £9 for something which seemed forced upon us without prior warning.”

“A nice place to visit! The Food was great and the atmosphere too. There is a small parking available, but I doubt you will find a space if it’s busy. I will definitely go back again.”

“Fancy place! Formal. Our first time here. Shoulda dressed better. LOL. Service and food superb! Very vegan savvy down to the fish oil and shrimp paste. Only sugar for tea, no sweeteners. But the veggie sampler and mains were positively delicious and the beautifully dressed staff so attentive. We drove past it once as it is attached to the pub and you can only really see it from one direction.”

“This is a proper pub, with decent genuine customers. If you're a poser or a wannabe.....this is not the place for you. Good old fashioned no nonsense landlord which is a breath of fresh air. Well run and chilled atmosphere. A place you can you go feeling a bit scruffy after dog walking and nobody will bat an eye lid. Good ale and wine .”

“Really good food. We had the mixed grill, lamb grill and two salads. It was very tasty, the salad was excellent, the bread was very good too. There was so much food that we couldn't finish it. Great value.”

“This is our 2nd visit here ( we dont live locally) so our visita are far apart. The food on both occasions was delicious. We shared the CAMEMBERT for two, with 4 slices of toasted Ciabatta and red onion relish. Extremely tasty. I had the Lentil Cottage pie with vegetables. Really tasty. Hunters chicken was very tasty too. We ate outside. Then went inside for a coffee and to investigate this lovely old house. I read and looked at the photographs on the walls and found out it had belonged to The Boddington Family. Staff were lovely. Very helpful and friendly.”

“One of the most unspoken things about any cafe is the level of service. Today I was served by Jodie. She was upbeat, smiling and an absolute example of how to show up to a customer. She may go through her day with no one mentioning it, but a smile is catching. Thanks Jodie. You never know when or who might need your lightheartedness. Oh and Nero’s … they do a delicious Vegan Raspberry croissant, which I highly recommend.”

“Ali runs a truly customer oriented service that makes H&D stand out head and shoulders above the rest of the barber shops on Wilmslow Road. Umran, in my opinion is the best barber I have ever had at any time in the whole of the UK. The service and attention to detail is exceptional in every sense. “I visited the store on Friday and went to the Bobbi Brown counter. Savannah was the young lady who came to assist me. I can’t speak highly enough about Savannah. She was absolutely delightful and couldn’t do enough for Mum and I. She helped me select some new products whilst making up my eyes for me. She really is a credit to your store. And Mum and I will definitely be returning to store to visit the lovely Savannah. She really made our day and was so helpful and informative on all the products and how to apply them. It’s a 10 out of 10 from Mum and I !”

Best Indian Street food restaurant thi side of the Mersey. We recommand the Tuk Tuk, the lamb, the prawn and the chicken Main... Technically everything we tried so far is excellent...”

We tried a lot of dishes and I can say that this is definitely a higher end Indian, not drowned in sauces, these dishes were well balanced, full of flavour and spiced well. Sauces coat like a marinade should. I highly recommend the fish and prawn dishes. The sizzling main was impressive and tasted fabulous and fresh See photos”

“We booked the Christmas dinner for 3 on Christmas day. The staff were friendly and professional and went out of their way to help. The food was lovely and we were not rushed to receive the next course. All in all a great experience and we left with full tummies. It was my partners 60th birthday as well and the staff organised a sash and a birthday card finishing it all off nicely with a candle on a mince pie. Thank you to everyone. He had a lovely surprise.”
