“As a new golfer, I first went to Richard for a club fitting. I was immediately impressed by the data analysis he presented to me after I tested a number of different brands and models of irons. This allowed us to make an informed decision when choosing the set to order. Once my set of irons arrived I initiated my first block of lessons at The Golf School. As anyone will know who plays golf, there are so many elements to a golf swing but the highly technical launch monitors, camera systems and teaching aids that Richard uses at his facility really help you to understand your swing and see the impact when you make changes. When things don’t go so well you can more easily identify which area you need to work on too. The indoor facilities allow you to continue with lessons and practice no matter what the weather, enabling further improvement throughout the winter season when you might otherwise have not been out as much as you would have liked. Richard is a great communicator and he ensures you have a clear understanding of his teaching. He is informative and friendly and delivers his lessons in a relaxed environment. I am incredibly pleased with the progress I have made since having lessons with Richard and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to improve their game technically but also psychologically.”

“Absolutely blown away by the fantastic customer service by Dave Clark... went in very last minute for a suit for a friends wedding and told him the kinda thing I was after and he picked out pretty much what I had in my mind to a T, maybe even better. Helped not only find the suit itself but went around and found the perfect shoes, shirt and tie to accompany it. Again, fantastic customer service, top quality products at a very good price! 10/10 would recommend to anyone buying a suit in Manchester, this is the place to get it!”

“I have been wanting the Clairemont Way Fisherman Sandals for the past few months but couldn't get them online in a size 8. I thought I would go into a physical store to see if I got lucky. A male staff member said that they unfortunately only had a size 7.5 in stock. I assumed that it wasn't meant to be, but straight away, he said that he could make a call and see whether they have some in another store. Not only did they have my size available, but he sorted the order at the till to ensure that I could have the shoes delivered to my home address. I really appreciated how attentive he was in finding a solution so that I could get the pair of shoes that I wanted. I would definitely come here again. This was on Wednesday 30th July at 2:30pm.”

“I went for a gait analysis today at runners need, we just turned up not realising they did actually have an appointment system, their next appointment wasn’t until later that day and the shop wasn’t busy at the time we went in so the guy happily did the gait analysis. I have never had one before and wasn’t sure what to expect apart from running on a treadmill, the guy who did the analysis was very knowledgeable and very thorough, he was very helpful and I felt confident he knew what he was talking about and felt confident enough to take his advice!! As it turns out I have been running in shoes that are 1.5 sizes too small, hence all the problems I have been having! I wanted to leave this review as there are so many bad ones and had I read these before I probably wouldn’t have gone there. Don’t be put off by all the bad reviews!!!”

The refund for some items has been processed quickly and I have been well informed of what is happening at every stage - from pre-ordering until closing down the refunds. “Booked a slot this morning at Peloton in John Lewis Cheadle with Hannah to learn about the Peloton bike in more detail. Hannah was fantastic at explaining the bike and app and spending over an hour answering my questions. I never felt any pressure to purchase and left the store to think about it. I ended up walking back in half and hour later to order my bike. Exceptional customer service and support!”

“Bought a range of Airofin items (jersey/winter jersey/bib leggins/bib shorts) for cycling as I was in need of some new gear. Really pleased with all of it. Good prices but still a step up from the standard dhb gear. The jacket is the perfect length but not at all baggy and the bib shorts are much more comfortable than my last pair as the padding covers a bigger area. Overall really pleased with this gear. Would recommend. Some really good discounts on the website right now also.”

“Visited the store to buy new running trainers as I was experiencing foot pain. Charlotte and the team were truly amazing. They took time to try many different shoes but the best thing was the detailed knowledge of all the brands and the problem I had. Using gait analysis we found the right shoes. We were not rushed and they were so patient letting me try loads of pairs on the treadmill.”

We went in for football boots and the owner gave my children tennis balls for free and even played 'football' with my son. “Amazing service, me and my friend just both got a piercing. I got a double helix with hoops and my friend got her belly button pierced. Gaz talked us through the whole process, he put my anxiety to ease, after I had a bad previous experience with an infected piercing. They both look amazing, prices were nice, and we got talked through the aftercare as well. The lady was also very helpful regarding the piercing and jewellery choosing explaining the options and how the option would affect me. Amazing service, will go again, highly recommend it!”
