“This is a generally busy Nero coffee shop located near Manchester Royal Hospital and Manchester University. It is very close to the Whitworth Gallery. I like the coffee in Nero coffee shops. It is generally consistent. The staff in this particular branch are always friendly and helpful with good service. They keep the place tidy. My only criticism is that like many Nero Coffee shops the furniture is looking somewhat tired and in need of a refresh.”

“Nice atmosphere and good music. There’s quite a few shisha places on wimslow road but this is definitely the best one. Spent 16£ on the shisha and a drink. Shisha was smooth and flavour lasted a few hours. Would go again :)”

“So after this branch of Papa Johns kindly donated pizzas to the local primary school's festive movie night, i went to check them out. The pizza was delicious, piping hot, a lovely tomato base, with lots of fresh toppings. You can taste the difference. Il highly recommend these guys”

“Had a great experience at Nando’s. Ordered the half chicken, coleslaw, and halloumi, and honestly everything was banging — perfectly cooked, fresh, and full of flavour. Special shoutout to Haris, who was absolutely top-tier. Super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. You can tell he actually cares about customer service, which makes a big difference. Food was spot on, service was excellent, and the vibe was great. Will definitely be coming back.”

“Best Iranian food served here. It's very calm to sit and dine here. The food quality and quantity they serve is beyond your expectations. You will be amazed the generous amount of food and different salads here. I was on my own and the food they served me was enough for two people and the price is very reasonable. We tried a lot of dishes and I can say that this is definitely a higher end Indian, not drowned in sauces, these dishes were well balanced, full of flavour and spiced well. “Went for Saturday breakfast, the value for money is incredible. 3 breakfasts including unlimited coffee only a tad over £18. However eggs Benedict were cold on arrival. But my traditional breakfast was spot on as was the freedom Breakfast. Was a hot day and I am assuming the air con broke down because my god it was warm in there. But the Erdinger was nice and cold. Some other interesting canned craft beers were consumed. I think the glass washer needs a service. And much amusement had watching the police attempt to apprehend a man with one foot in a cast. Ordering on the app is supposed to alleviate pressure on the bar and make it convenient and speedy for us as a customer,however one round took 10 minutes to arrive. Minor gripe. I love Spoons. We wiled away a few hours and will definitely be back.”

“This is a lovely pub house with some outdoor tables. It’s so leisure to sit between the green building and a grassland. The fish and chip is perfect and the fried onion is crispy enough. I really enjoyed the chocolate sundae too.”

“GREAT service from Leandro and delicious food. The cocktail menu is small but they are accommodating if you want to go off menu! The food exceeded all expectation, we had the calamari to share followed by chicken schnitzel. My only complaint was the waitress didn’t bring side plates or cutlery with the starter. Plenty warm enough sat outside and they even offered us blankets! I highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again!”
