They explained to me about the centre and the services they offer and I was quite impressed. I could see they were working there hoping to make a difference, and I could see it was working. Worth a visit to see what is on offer, you will be very welcome. Keep up the good work girls x”

They come with their carers or families, and it is an amazing sports center to get on a sports team. And yes! Pets are allowed in. There are no seats here, but u can always come with one.”

I was so nervous to go to aqua fit and all members and the coach were brilliant even a member of staff put on a coffee and biscuit morning for free not always but it was nice to sit and chat.”
