“I needed to have my full house cleaned after The builders/ decorators had finished and I wanted the job done asap. I called Lina & she Was very Helpful and prompt and very kindly agreed to do the job on a Sunday!! No messing about!!! On arrival she and her team assessed the work and quickly started the cleaning .. she did a fantastic job and I was very pleased with their cleaning and I would definitely use her again and recommend her , not only the service is good but their prices are good2! “Lovely aparthotel right next door to Piccadilly train station. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beds were really comfortable. Everything you need for a break away.”

“Stayed just the one night but you could easily stay here for a few days. The room we had was on the 19th floor so super quiet without any noise from outside. Top quality SMEG appliances. Kettle, toaster, hot plate and microwave plus dishwasher. They also have a laundry department which you can use for longer stays. Lovely bed linen and comfortable bed. Just loved the rain shower which was powerful and as hot as you wanted it to be. Gorgeous bathroom products too. Just a perfect quick overnight but you could base yourself here if you had to work in Manchester for a few days.”

The room was incredible and the amenities were perfect. I would however like to note the guest lift is out of use which was a small issue but rajaa was amazing enough to guide us to the staff lift whenever we needed it. “Very well located, close to Manchester Piccadilly Station at a very reasonable price (though it should be noted our stay was on a Monday, weekend prices rise rapidly !). Helpful, friendly and professional staff, drinks at the bar were very competitive as normally drinks in hotel bars are grossly overpriced and inflated. Breakfast was fabulous - a hot and cold buffet with a great selection. The room itself was fabulous, a very comfortable bed and equally comfortable pillows. Our room had a mini kitchen in it, so after a busy day we bought lovely food from M&S and made use of the facilities. The only negative ( for us) was our room was adjacent to a very busy A road, so not the best for light sleepers , so beware when booking and make a special request for a room not near this busy road if it bothers you.”

“This company was recommended by a gym I managed in South Manchester. I’m a trainer. They use good quality chemical to clean the gym equipment, the last company charged me a lot and the apparatus got spoilt. The manager is a good guy. He listen and doesn’t overcharge.”

“Really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were outstanding and hospitable, the bar next to the lobby had a welcoming, cozy feel, wonderful menu and lovely rooms. I'm not sure about some of the complaints on the size, it seemed average to me, but it was very clean which is high on my importance list, as was the rest of the hotel. This hotel is away from the city bustle a bit, but a lot of trees around the property make it very relaxing and a pleasure to escape the traffic. My only feedback is the vegan sausage in the morning was freezer burned and a little bland, they can be tossed in oil & seasoning to add flavor, but fresh/defrosted is best. My veg pizza was wonderful, so was the veg burger. Great buffet in morning. Outstanding staff professionalism in housekeeping and lobby.”

“Very good hostel with friendly and helpful staff. The place was clean and comfortable overall. Breakfast was included, which was a big plus – no need to rush anywhere in the morning. I stayed in a 4-bed room, and all the necessary facilities were inside. There is a small locker next to the bed, but you need to have your own padlock. The staff were always responsive and welcoming. There is also a fridge where you can store your own food. The only downside was that the mattresses were not very comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay!”
