“I have worked in the kitchen industry for over 15 years myself and have become very particular about what i wanted for my 'dream' kitchen. I can say that Daniel Scott delivered everything i expected. If you are looking for a true in-frame, bespoke kitchen which is timeless in it's design and will stand the test of time with the quality of workmanship you will really narrow down your options of who can really deliver this. Daniel Scott did not disappoint and were on-time and on-budget. My kitchen has been fitted for over a year now (yes apologies it took so long to write my review) and it still looks brand new. The quality, craftmanship and the installation process were all to a very high standard, everything feels very solid and smooth. If you are opting for a true in-frame kitchen, by definition they are not cheap, but i definitely feel i got great value for a top quality kitchen. The beauty of this type of kitchen is the timeless design and high quality materials, when it needs updating i will just have it painted another colour. I would highly recommend to anyone.”

“Had a previous repair where I had a wheeled shopping bag axel which had lost the clip permanently clipped in place, this time I thought the other one had broken and wouldn't lock in place any more. All he had to do, which surprised me was take the clip out, tighten it, put the clip back in and gently bang the wheel back in place. As well as a few garden bits I've bought from this chap, he's been a great help and he's got virtually everything bits and bobs you need for fixing up stuff.”

“Clive provided an outstanding service from start to finish, and most importantly it was all stress free! We were given a large choice of products to choose from and we were not disappointed on fit out day - products looked amazing in the catalogues and matched in real life. Clive and his team (fitter, electrician and plasterer) all did a great job onsite, very friendly and courteous. They always listened to what we wanted and made it happen. All very trustworthy and helpful. Many thanks for all the good suggestions that were provided to us. Clive was very helpful in co-ordinating the electrician to fit a new fuse board and change a few broken sockets around the house - all at very reasonable prices. He also introduced us to a good waste disposal company and plumber too. He is clearly a professional and well connected! We really like our new kitchen and can't wait to use it. We went for a dove grey shaker and it looks classic and really neat. It has transformed the space. David and the fitter Matty has also been supberb.”

“We had our kitchen fully remodelled by Moorgate Kitchens. Amy designed it and listened to all our needs. We were very delighted with the design. Amy managed the project really well and was always a phone call away whenever we had any concerns. All the works were carried out on time and deliveries were prompt too. “From Terry's design, which made full and imaginative use of the space in our small kitchen, to the installation by Paul on the agreed date in spite of freezing treacherous conditions, to the finishing touch by Wayne when I made a last minute addition to what I wanted, this was all a very positive experience. We are on the second floor with no lift, but none of that deterred this team from doing a fantastic job. I can't recommend them too much. There might be slightly cheaper kitchens out there, but these are excellent value and look great.”

“This was my first experience with Maple kitchens and bathrooms after it was recommended to me by my kitchen fitter. I don't regret a slightly and would buy again from Shane if needed.Unlike the major kitchen retail store, Shane was happy to help and replied to my enquiries. I was truly amazed that he doesn't charge extra for tall units and that he didn't force us to get appliances from him. I love our new kitchen and so does my Mrs and we really enjoy it every day.”

When we decided to have our kitchen re-designed we had a few companies come for a visit with their ideas, all of which were lovely but not what we really hoped for. Ideally what we wanted was an island, but we were told that we didn’t have the space for one. Luckily we came across Diane Berry kitchens website on the internet, we really liked her work so we emailed her. Diane responded very quickly and within a few weeks came to visit us and designed our dream kitchen – with the island that we wanted! “Been here twice and can't fault the place. The lunch special cheese and onion pie was really tasty. Also had a breakfast Omelette here and would recommend. The staff were friendly and the food prices reasonable. Place was clean and had a nice atmosphere. When ordering I was warned it might be a 20 minute wait however food arrived within 10 minutes. The food was hot, loved the homemade chips and fresh salad. They had a lovely children's corner with colouring books and ramped access at the front door. Only gave 4 stars for the food because they only use 2 eggs for the Omelette which compared to elsewhere is a little stingy. Will return again”

“Frist visit. Feb 2024: Lovely little cafe. Modern, trendy yet still cosy. FYI: cash or bank transfer only. Ordered breakfast take away for my team. Everyone enjoyed the food. And the cakes amazing! Second visit-26/03. Nipped in for breakfast. It was busy as a big group entered just before us but the wait wasn't too long and its a nice cafe to sit and wait in! We ordered x2 breakfast wraps. They were worth the wait!!!!! Super tasty and a decent size! I've no idea how they wrap them and manage to get it to stay together!!! Great visit, lovely staff and a nice place to eat-in. “We needed a new kitchen as ours had been in since 1995 We saw Wren had offers on so made an appointment to get started. We had a few appointments to select the kitchen that we wanted also for the measuring up. We chose a lovely cashmere colour for the units which we are really pleased with. The fitter came and gave us an estate as to how much it would cost to fit it all again we were pleased with the estimate. The work took longer than expected due to 2 items which were damaged and we had to wait a week for replacements The replacements arrived on time but had to wait for the fitter to come back as he was doing another job. He did what he could but then he didn't have enough up stand so again we had to order some and that was another week. We are very pleased with the kitchen and all 6 new appliances and the flooring We would recommend Wren”

What makes the visit even better is the staff – they are always polite, approachable, and willing to offer helpful advice, whether you are just starting a small project or planning a big renovation. Their friendly attitude makes shopping here a pleasant experience.”

“Yes it's true, ikea is a damn maze and I'm sure if they really searched around, they'd find several missing persons. Ikea is superb for offering a glimmer of inspiration to your new home or your existing one. Theres just so much to see and buy. Anything you see can be found in the warehouse. They're a huge food canteen serving low priced meals and mini shop selling frozen versions of their meals. We very much enjoyed our vist.”
