Him and his colleague went above and beyond to get it fixed in one day despite it being heavily corroded therefore taking longer to fix. They came up with an amazing solution and had it sent away, extended and back within a week. All this at a fantastic cost. In short, this jewellers go the extra mile to help their customers. “Me and my partner come here alot, either to buy or sell. Always greated with highest professionalism and friendliness, get on well with all the workers. Today I went in after a bad day of my phone breaking and no one being able to fix it. I was helped to the fullest to get a phone in my budget, I did have to go back with it (personal problem) and was helped by a very kind, understanding and helpful worker I want to say his name was jerry I'm so bad with names. He spent quite a while helping me find a suited phone and sort out the other phone so I can get it swapped over. A can not thank you enough all of you for just giving me a little light on my bad day. Highly recommend this shops, always full of interesting things and for sure one of the best second hand shops I have been in!!”
