“We used Manchester Travels back in 2019 when we went hajj. The service provided by Hafiz Shahin, Kamal bhai and the team was exceptional, they made us feel very comfortable from start to finish. It was then that we promised, we will use Manchester Travels for our family umrah. They didn't disappoint again, as expected, guiding us all the way thorough. My kids felt so relaxed and at home. Having used Manchester Travels twice now, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I highly recommend them for anyone considering booking Hajj or Umrah.”

“Hosts very welcoming as I arrived late and they organised a taxi for me . Bed was very comfortable clean and tidy room and bathroom. I was in awe at the view from the breakfast room / lounge - amazing views of the Diglea valley - sheep and lambs in fields - hens clucking around the car park . I chose my breakfast which was freshly cooked whilst I admired the views and peace . The hosts were kind and gave lots of information about the history of the area . A definite recommended from me .”

“Great location. Lots of lovely places to eat and drink in walking distance. Very close to city centre. Couldn’t really be better in that respect. Despite being very busy location didn’t notice any noise. Property itself was exactly as pictured and what we were expecting. Very rustic vibes. Majority of what you would need is provided. Several comments made previously about codes - very clear to follow instructions sent and we had no bother with this. Few points though. Bed wasn’t the comfiest ever. Rather hard mattress. There wasn’t any toilet roll provided which is the first I’ve had that - there is a Sainsbury’s within 2 minute walk. There had clearly been a leak recently in the entrance hallway, which did mean there was some mould growing., with a rather bad smell. Could at times smell in flat especially when heating was on. Of note, there is quite a few stairs - we had no bother but just for people with limited mobility to be conscious of this. Great and proactive host.”

“Owen, Richard and Annie have been amazing throughout our buying and selling process. With the inevitable ups and downs in this process, the team have been calm, supportive and proactive in ensuring everything went as smooth as possible. George was really quick, efficient and thorough in giving us extensive suitable options for our mortgage too. Gabby and I cannot recommend the whole team highly enough.”

“We were in Manchester Saturday 17th so we decided to book our first experience in an escape room. There was me, my husband, daughter and sister. We booked the Creepy Carnival to start with as a two star difficulty rating. We had no idea how to play or what to look for but with the help of some clues from the staff we managed to break out with a minute to spare. It was so much fun trying to solve the clues and move from room to room using our logic and brain power. We enjoyed it that much, we booked another room for later on that evening. Different theme, harder rating. Despite our best efforts we failed to escape this one. We had an absolute blast. The rooms are well thought out, the clues are imaginative and if you're struggling there's lots of help from outside. Innovative and intriguing and the staff are lovely and welcoming, including Conrad who was very diplomatic about our combined efforts trying to decipher the puzzles. All in all a superb day out. Worth every penny. We will be back to try the harder ones in the future.”

“Excellent service, polite and helpful staff at the reception. My room was superb. I paid a bit extras for a bigger room with a view, but was worth it for the comfort and relaxation. Overall clean space and nice shower. Will definitely visit again.”

“Hey guys! I would first like to express my gratitude to this school for being so welcoming and it would be there when I needed it! The teachers are amazing and I loved the teaching method! Here we can interact with many people from many countries, in addition to very easy access to the Board of Directors and other employees of the School! I definitely recommend the school to anyone wanting to study in Manchester! See you guys and once again thank you so much for your support and experience :)”

“Stayed here for a night and had a really lovely experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, the room was stylish and comfortable, and the location is ideal, right in the city but surprisingly quiet, even with the trams nearby. The staff were friendly, the bar downstairs was great for a drink, and breakfast in the morning was solid. The only small hiccup was that I'd requested a sewing kit, and it didn’t get brought up as promised, so I had to go down to reception to get it myself, which made me a bit late. I understand things get busy, though. Aside from that, everything else was great. I’ve stayed at a few Hotel Indigos and this one definitely held up, I’d be happy to stay again.”

“Perfect location for T2 … across the road, 2 minute walk and within a short 5 minute journey on the free shuttle bus to the excellent drop and go parking service A special mention to Lauren part of the Holiday Inn reception team who was very efficient, friendly and provided a first class service! A credit to the “HI Man Airport” team !!! Hotel spotless, modern and well stocked rooms … have stayed next door at Ibis (which is also a great hotel!) but for an extra £30 on this stay brekkie was included. They also have a happy hour on selected drinks and discount on food A great place to relax night before travels without the early morning stress … thanks Holiday Inn!”

“We stayed at Native Manchester for one night and I would definitely stay here again. For the price, it felt like excellent value compared to other options in the area, especially considering the size of the studio and the quality of reviews. Communication was seamless, I received WhatsApp updates throughout my journey, from details about the room number and PIN code to notifications that the room was ready and a reminder for check-out. The process was essentially self-service, though there is a reception available if needed. I found the whole system very streamlined and convenient. We parked at Dale Street car park, which cost around £20 for 24 hours, and from there it was just a short walk to the hotel. The building itself is really impressive, it used to be a cotton factory, and they’ve done a great job blending the original industrial character with modern design. We booked a studio apartment, which came with a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom had towels and toiletries (shampoo and shower gel), while the kitchen had all the day-to-day essentials, plus tea, coffee, and even a small bottle of milk in the fridge. There was also an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer in the room. The bed was very comfortable, big, and overall, the space felt well thought out and homely. One small piece of feedback from my partner is that a larger mirror, or a mirror in better lighting, would have been useful for doing hair and makeup. As well, it would have been useful if there was some tissues, like kitchen roll etc. All in all, the studio had everything we needed, the atmosphere was great, and I would happily recommend Native Manchester to anyone visiting the city.”

“Really impressed with Cornerstones Guest House. Ahmed was excellent in communicating the keylock code and instructions. We were able to park the car and walk 15 mins to Sale Metrolink tram stop in Sale. The room was perfect for us (dad and lad) with a double and a single bed. A nice window for fresh air and the shower was hot. We stayed Saturday and went to Old Trafford for the Manchester United match on the Sunday. Would recommend.”

“Absolutely loved this hotel. It is a short walking distance from the train station, easy to access. The building looks amazing and the rooms are just fab! It is a proper hotel room but very well equipped even had a small kitchen installed giving a feeling of an RBnb so you can cook your own meals if you want. Nice and clean bathroom with some nice brands of shampoo and body wash. Also had iron and hair dryer. Oh, and the view was stunning, staff was superfriendly. Wifi was quick, easy to connect and even the staircase looks beautiful. Highly recommended accomodation if you visit Manchester.”

“What a pleasant surprise to find a really clean room and hotel; but also to be met by the friendliest receptionist, and assisted by a lovely guy, who carried our ( vast amounts) of luggage up the stairs. Thank you! ( For reference, we checked in at 3.30pm on 4/10/25).”

The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout, which made the whole experience even better. Breakfast was absolutely spot on with plenty of choice and everything cooked perfectly. A special mention goes to the reception team, who were extremely helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. “I will start by saying that this is a Premier Inn, so you know what you are getting from the very beginning, which is why I try to book PI when I go away as I know I will have a decent sleep in a comfy bed and an excellent breakfast the next morning. This Premier Inn was very easy to find, it was a very short walk from Media City tram stop, which was itself a very smooth journey from Manchester Piccadilly station. On this occasion, we had paid a little extra for a Premier Plus room, it was only £10 more than the standard room at the time of booking and it was more than worth it. Check in was nice and easy and the staff member was incredibly helpful, showing us how to activate a second key card for the room. Navigating to our room was also a very simple process (you have to use your key card to get through to the lifts and then again to use the lift, which is excellent security). The Premier Plus room was beautiful and exceeded our expectations, it was roomy, well decorated and had a fridge, iron and ironing board, Nespresso machine and a glorious rainfall shower. The room was spotlessly clean with no faults. We were very excited to see that we had a view that peeked a little onto "The Cobbles" (Coronation Street) as this was the reason for our visit. There is a Co-op a very short walk around the corner from the hotel, which proved very useful and is excellent placement. As always in a Premier Inn, we enjoyed an excellent nights sleep. We also booked breakfast for the next morning to set us up for our day out (I always recommend booking a PI breakfast). We were very impressed with the options available at breakfast, which has something for everyone and suits all dietary requirements. The very lovely, friendly and warm Lizzie ensured we were given the allergen menu (one of us is coeliac) and quickly ordered a plate of "vegan bacon" for us on request. The restaurant was smaller than the one at the last Premier Inn we were in, but we actually preferred this as it felt more intimate but didn't impact on the choice available, which was great! Unfortunately, the coffee machine was broken at breakfast, but there was still instant coffee and tea bags available to make a hot drink and this absolutely does not impact my review at all, as this is something that cannot be helped and we had a Nespresso machine in our room for a proper coffee anyway! Checkout was swift and straightforward, again, as we would expect from Premier Inn. We will definitely be returning when we visit Manchester again and really hope that we see Lizzie next time, as she was outstanding!”

“Amazing place to stay! I just want to give a big shout out to rajaa for her hospitality, she went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth check in. The room was incredible and the amenities were perfect. I would however like to note the guest lift is out of use which was a small issue but rajaa was amazing enough to guide us to the staff lift whenever we needed it. Thank you so much for the stay, We will definitely be back!”

“Well what can I say? When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly lady at the reception! She got us to check in early at 12:45pm. My brother and I were impressed by the quality and service. Soon we were given the key card to our rooms. The moment I walked in and seeing from pictures from google, I assumed the rooms to be tiny, but it’s adequately sized, and allows enough room for manoeuvrability. The room was clean throughout and hotel staff consistently came cleaned and changed sheets and towels and what not! The nights I spent were without disturbances! The rooms temperature was great all round and it didn’t affect my stay at all! However, my nitpicks only were, the TV that didn’t have enough channels and nothing interested me. Wish it had a movie catalogue. Another thing was when we left to do shopping, my room wasn’t refilled with coffee, so I just had the one last stick and also tea as well, but my brother was nice enough to share his coffee with me. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, it was well worth the money I spent and usually I stay at hotels, but joining Hilton honours, I did for the incredible offers should I wish to book a hotel at an early check in wherever I am!”

“I've stayed at this Premier Inn many times and I have to say, it's a very good spot. The location is great, with McDonald's just around the corner and Chinatown only a 5-minute walk away. Plus, every time we stay here we discover new parts of Manchester that we haven't seen before. It's at the quieter end of Manchester which is always a plus. The hotel is also very close to the train stop, so it's easy to get around. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also good, with a decent variety of options available. Overall, I highly recommend this Premier Inn. The location is great, it's at the quieter end of Manchester and it's easy to access other parts of the city. Plus the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable”
