“Service was very professional and speedy, I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks relatively easily and they even were helpful in organising an extra blood test I needed for my work. The place was easy enough to access via public transport (I walked from train station, not too far from victoria) All staff were helpful and the doctor who performed my medical was really pleasant, polite and good rumoured which put me at ease. The first staff member who took my photo seemed a bit abrupt but I think she was rushed. Overall a very good service. I realize the medicals seem a bit pricey but it did what I needed it to do.”

“I’ve had an amazing experience from day one. I have been researching breast augmentation since a young age, and knew this is something I’ve always wanted. Finally being in the position to go ahead with this, Pall Mall was my first ever consultation I had, and I instantly knew it was the right place. I didn’t even feel the need to research other services or companies. My patient coordinator Rumneet was fabulous from day one, answering all my questions and making sure I was comfortable with everything. She has been so reassuring and I couldn’t thank her enough. It is very easy to navigate and if you wish it can be sated with family etc. New information, reminders and test results are available on the app , l recently went for blood tests and the results were available on the app within 6 hours!! “I had a great experience with Dr. Ussama Butt and the team. They did an excellent job cleaning my teeth, and everything was explained clearly throughout the process. During my next visit, he took a 3D scan to create custom trays for teeth whitening. I picked up the trays and whitening solution at the following appointment, and everything fit perfectly. The whole process was smooth, and I’m really happy with the way things were done. Highly recommend!”

“Went for my flu jab on the 11/10/25. Although there was a queue it went down really quick. The ladies who booked me in were very helpful. Although they were having trouble finding me on the system they had actually seen my name on the list. Also my partner was with me as he's my carer his app time was a few hours after mine but they were able to fit him in at the same time. Brilliant. Drs and nurses very efficient”
