After being referred by my GP due to a lump in my breast, I arrived feeling very anxious and worried. However, the entire team made me feel at ease with their human and compassionate approach. Special thanks to the nurses and mammographers who attended to me. Joffi, in particular, was incredibly professional, caring, and empathetic. Her hug truly saved me in a moment of fear. Another mammographer, whose name I believe is Aoidin, also stood out for her delicate, kind, and respectful handling. Both were amazing and made such a difference to my experience. I would also like to thank a nurse (possibly named Marie) and the radiologist/sonographer for their wonderful care and professionalism. The kindness, humanity, and expertise of the team turned a stressful situation into one where I felt supported and reassured. Thank you all for the incredible work you do.”

“Our daughter started at Fisherfield Nursery last September after receiving many recommendations from other parents. She has done a full year there now and we couldn't recommend it enough. She settled in wonderfully, and we feel so reassured by the care and attention she receives. The staff are approachable and accommodating, always ready to address any questions we have. It's been lovely to receive daily updates, including photos of her happily participating in various activities. We have also had the opportunity to spend time with her in nursey during special events that they have held. She is thriving, and it’s clear that the nursery provides a nurturing and engaging environment for her to do so.”

Our vet really went above and beyond, she took such care with my dog and took the time to go through everything with me. You can tell everyone working there is so passionate about what they do. “Always had positive experiences with this GP surgery. Everyone from admin staff to nurses to doctors have all been lovely and very helpful. I have been in face to face for appointments as well as use their online system and had telephone appointments. All of which I found easy to use and was seen quickly. Just recently I submitted an appointment request online and thought it would all be sorted online (previously I was asked to send photos prior to medication being prescribed. I had tonsillitis and this way is usually easy and quick). But I was asked to come in on the day which was a nice surprise. The doctor was friendly and supportive. Would definitely recommend!”

“I would not hesitate in recommending this vets. The entire team; reception, nurses, vet and cleaner are all very friendly and helpful. I had a concern regarding my dog, I was given an appointment straight away and after speaking to the vet blood test were recommended. The vet nurse gave me the option to wait if I wanted for the results. Within 25 mins I had the results. Thankfully my dogs results were fine and I cannot thank you enough for the peace of mind you gave me for processing these results so quickly rather than having to wait days.”

“This was my first scale and polish - actually my first dental appointment in a long while - I've never had one before and was initially feeling very nervous and uncomfortable. As it turns out, I had nothing to worry about - the hygienist and assistant I saw were both so accommodating; they explained the whole process, what to expect (including letting me see and test the feeling of how each tool would work before diving in to it), how I could signal I needed a break, and even turned on the tv to give me a distraction and let me take my mind off of things. Throughout the process both women were so efficient, regularly offered to let me have a break, and when the process was done they gave me a full rundown of what to expect in the next few days to assure me it would be perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. They're obviously very well informed and know what they're doing and I honestly do not think I could have asked for a better first experience. My teeth look and feel great - thank you to you both! Additional tid bit of praise for your receptionist, as well - I just couldn't leave her out. She's so lovely and welcoming towards everyone as soon as they walk in, it really put me at ease whilst I was waiting. Everybody I've met here has been absolutely wonderful, I couldn't recommend them enough!”
