“We have used WELL Huddersfield rd stalybridge for the new service that pharmacists can now provide. Both times we were in and out in less than 20 mins & I felt confident the pharmacist knew what he was doing. We left with antibiotics, myself for tonsillitis and my daughter for an ear infection. No queues to wait in at the walk in and no weeks wait for a GP app. Great service, Thank you.”

“I actually have a Wilkinson's pharmacy 3 doors away from my home but I still choose to use this one for all of our medications because I have full trust in their ability to get things right. I've been exclusively using this branch for at least 10 years and I have no intentions of changing that. The girls are absolutely amazing, they're friendly, knowledgeable, kind, they genuinely care about patients and they've never got our medications wrong...unlike others who could have overdosed my son as they gave him 10mg diazipams instead of 2mg...which he was told he could take 1-3 of them which would have been 30mg. The Moston lane one has never done that, which is why we're ok spending taxi money to get our prescriptions. They get a 10/10 from me and my family.”

I didn’t get his name unfortunately, as I was juggling a one and two year old, but he was absolutely wonderful. Very calm and good with my children, professional and a pleasant demeanour. I was a little anxious taking both of them in and knowing at least one of them would be upset but he did the vaccinations quickly and calmly and it was a very positive experience. He was also clear about guidelines for the after effects and I felt like I was in very capable hands throughout. “I am very impressed and reassured by the online pharmacy service that I have used for the first time. Their site is very easy to navigate, selection of available treatments is extensive; backed by a professional team This is pharmacy registered and NOT like the many risky outfits out there peddling their concoctions - they are professionally regulated and accountable. I am a health professional myself and checked this company out and reassured using them. My requirements were assessed and only then a prescription was issued. Pricing is much cheaper than even when you are obtaining scripts bought on a NHS pre-payment certificate. You have backup if you need help - just ask them online. I would always recommend that your GP is made aware that you are receiving medications from any online pharmacy. Excellent, transparent pharmacy.”

Whether I’m popping in to collect a prescription or calling up with a question, they go out of their way to make sure I’m looked after. The blister pack team especially deserve a mention — they’ve helped me out so many times over the phone, always patient and ready to sort things quickly when I’ve had questions or needed support. “The women here have always treated me with genuine kindness and compassion, and understanding to my shift patterns/quietness. I have an ongoing health condition(Diabetes) and have experienced frequent acute issues, so I visit quite regularly with intermittent prescriptions that also depend on different run out times, but they’ve never made me feel like a burden or been anything other than friendly and familiar. Even when something hasn’t been in stock or there’s alternative options, or it’s busy, they’ve always taken the time to remember me and explain. I truly appreciate them and the care they provide at this pharmacy, and I’ll be sad to leave once I move. The best pharmacy I’ve had so far, and truly a good team that try their best.”
