“I popped into Pets corner in Dobbies garden centre at Otterpool. Imogen was there and was super helpful and friendly. I was looking for a replacement dog collar and they showed me all the types available and we worked out what size I’d need to get. The price was great and a much better selection than competitors (Pets at home) I left with a lovely collar and Teddy Bear loves it!”

“Really pleased with the treatment my cat Ares received yesterday. He needed his booster and flea/worming and the vet we saw (I didn't catch her name unfortunately) was extremely kind and gentle with him. She was patient with me too and checked him over when I mentioned a couple of other things I was concerned with. Cost of treatment seems reasonable to previous vets we've visited. The lady on reception was really friendly too. Parking round the rear of the building. Lastly, they have a candle in the reception which is lit if an owner is having having an appointment to have their pet put to sleep, and request soft voices and respect if this is the case. I've never seen this before in vets and thought it was a lovely idea.”

“My little Cavachon Dylan has just had dental surgery. Quoted for 1 tooth removal and scale and polish - ended up with 6 teeth extracted. I was so shocked! However - no extra charge, so I was reassured that it was absolutely required. I was worried sick; as were not exactly wadded! Such a relief and the after care has been exceptional: A thorough explanation on pick up. A follow-up appointment booked. A phone call on the Saturday after surgery... We have Dylan's health plan with Vets for Pets and we used the out of hours prior to his op (thinking he was in pain). Because we saw a nurse ()ovely) and not a vet - so no charge for the reassurance. Best thing I did for Dylan was to register with this practice - they are wonderful with him.”

We love them. They wash and wear really well and the quality is excellent. We love the colourful designs and the more neutral ones too. “I went to see Charlie with my dog for a second opinion - what a difference to my previous vet. Charlie was interested in Buddy, she took the time to get to know him as he's an anxious big dog, and he ended up kissing her and asking for treats. The feeling after leaving Evergreen was totally different to how I'd been feeling before, Charlie offered to send some information to a specialist and let us know what they suggest in a few days.. I cannot thank Charlie enough for the first appointment, we will now be travelling to use Evergreen.”

“Our pug was urgently treated at Woodcroft for an ulcer on his cornea. The care from the staff was fantastic from the reception team, the nurses and the brilliant surgeon Alistair. Hopefully we are at the end of the treatment but I cannot recommend highly enough, every one at the hospital, pets are truly part of the family and watching what our Reggie has gone through is distressing, without Woodcroft it could have been so much worse.
