“I’ve been using Everest Pharmacy for just over a year now, and I honestly can’t fault the service. The whole team is kind, professional, and always willing to help. Whether I’m popping in to collect a prescription or calling up with a question, they go out of their way to make sure I’m looked after. The blister pack team especially deserve a mention — they’ve helped me out so many times over the phone, always patient and ready to sort things quickly when I’ve had questions or needed support. It’s really reassuring to know they’re just a call away. My dad also collects his medication from here, and since he only speaks Arabic, I really appreciate how the fair-skinned lady always takes the time to help him in a respectful and kind way. That personal touch makes a huge difference to our family. The young guy at the front is constantly on the go — always working hard, polite, and with a smile on his face. The young lady at the counter is just as lovely — always cheerful and welcoming. And the trainee pharmacist is fantastic — knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. It’s not an easy job, but the team at Everest Pharmacy make it look effortless. I’m genuinely glad to have them as my first stop for any health needs.”

“Went to this pharmacy for my annual flu jab. The young lady who did the vaccination was super nice and very competent. She explained everything really clearly. I was a little bit worried before I went because I usually have my vaccination at the GPs but I was struggling to get an appointment so decided to book in at the pharmacy instead. I needn't have worried I felt really safe.”

Me and my partner both have repeat prescriptions here and a few of the full time staff know our faces now and guess what, we are always courteous to them, so they’re always courteous to us. You get what you give I’m afraid. All the reviews that say that staff are abrupt and rude, I’ve lived here 5 years and used this pharmacy and no one has ever been rude or abrupt with me or my partner. The behaviour of patients I’ve witnessed in recent months has deteriorated so much. It’s the NHS, you’re not the only person that exists, sit down for 10 minutes and wait patiently, then say thank you, and have a nice day. How hard is that? I want to personally thank all the staff for their hard work and putting up with the behaviour of impatient and entitled people on a daily basis”
