“I just want to say that I've been using this pharmacy for a few years now. My Aunties medication is done here, put into trays, also delivered on a weekly basis. Nothing is to much trouble.Any alterations get sorted, any issues , they help.The girls and locums all go above and beyond. They have helped me out alot over the years. “This is a good Pharmacy. Ignore people ranting. If you use the NHS app to order and track prescriptions you know when the GP has approved and the request is then with the pharmacy, within 2-3 working days my prescriptions have always been processed and are ready for collection. I order over ten items at different times regularly with Fir Rd the only issue is drug stock, specialist items. The communication is good I get an IOU or I go searching a larger chain pharmacy with a big warehouse system Boots who can source. With a variety of lifetime drugs Fir Rd has been a great service to rely on. Well done”

“Went to this pharmacy for my annual flu jab. The young lady who did the vaccination was super nice and very competent. She explained everything really clearly. I was a little bit worried before I went because I usually have my vaccination at the GPs but I was struggling to get an appointment so decided to book in at the pharmacy instead. I needn't have worried I felt really safe.”

“I personally think these reviews are really unfair. Me and my partner both have repeat prescriptions here and a few of the full time staff know our faces now and guess what, we are always courteous to them, so they’re always courteous to us. You get what you give I’m afraid. All the reviews that say that staff are abrupt and rude, I’ve lived here 5 years and used this pharmacy and no one has ever been rude or abrupt with me or my partner. The behaviour of patients I’ve witnessed in recent months has deteriorated so much. It’s the NHS, you’re not the only person that exists, sit down for 10 minutes and wait patiently, then say thank you, and have a nice day. How hard is that? I want to personally thank all the staff for their hard work and putting up with the behaviour of impatient and entitled people on a daily basis”
