That process nearly came to a heart breaking stop due to a survey that had exaggerated issues that needed to be repaired in my property. Scaring my buyers to pull out and putting the whole process at risk. Having had greatly positive dealings with the guys at Brentwood before, I contacted them in a bit of a panic. My dad died in october and Kerry went through eveything in detail with us, if I got confussed or needed any updates she always ansered quickly and with support. “Went though Ur-Place.com to get into the flat I'm currently in; I have a private landlord who advertised through ur-place. Everything went smoothly and I was kept in the loop throughout the process, even when there were hiccups with the wrong reference form being sent to my previous landlord (human error, everybody makes mistakes!). The issue was identified and rectified same day, with Ur-Place contacting me to tell me what had happened and show the steps they had taken to rectify it. Come to the day to get the keys, they managed to open a slot for me which was not ideal due to working commitments on my side, however they made efforts to fit me in, whilst also making sure I understood the meters, boiler, had the correct information etc. All in all it was a very smooth process and I would recommend them!”

“I have to say this is the best Apartment ever i stayed.Host is very friendly and helpful, Gave us free car parking space for whole stay. i was worried about my deposit while booking this place and called Host he said if you do not damage our property or break any house rules we will refund your deposit fully after you checked out and you should get your money back to your account with in 3 working days. Lucky enough i received my deposit back same day around 5pm. Yes i would use this company again.”
