“I visited The Oxnoble on a Sunday with a friend who had been before for their Sunday roast. She mentioned the concept had changed a bit, but regardless, the Sunday roast was absolutely delicious! Our waiter, Sean, was super friendly and made the experience even better (he recommended the cauliflower chees and OMG soo good). I would definitely recommend The Oxnoble to anyone visiting Manchester for the weekend!”

“The perfect airport hotel. A complementary shuttle bus is available from the airport, which arrived to pick me up just outside the terminal. From my arrival in reception I was greeted by very attentive and friendly staff - the place has a feeling of being orderly and efficient yet still maintaining that relaxed atmosphere. My room had a comfortable bed, super soft sheets and was quiet - I couldn’t hear any noise from the airport. The selection and quality of the buffet breakfast was brilliant. Everything you could want prepared and displayed to an high standard. Mike and John were going over and above to ensure all guests had a great experience. Overall I was impressed with my stay, and glad I chose this hotel after a very long flight.”

We tried a lot of dishes and I can say that this is definitely a higher end Indian, not drowned in sauces, these dishes were well balanced, full of flavour and spiced well. “Really good food, it's "Americana diner" themed so expect big burgers and big fries. Their fries are absolutely gorgeous by the way, not too salty and came out red hot. Portions were also solid, not too much or too small. The pricing was also good, managed to pay for 4 people (including 2 starters and drinks) under £100. I marked service down a little because they forgot one of my guest's meals so they had to wait while everyone else was already tucking in. It was also quite dark inside, lots of tables in darkness so it was difficult to read the menu.”

“Excellent gem in culcheth village. We had lunch with all dishes being fantastic and the buffalo chicken one of the best if not the best I’ve ever had. Hannah was attentive throughout our visit and gave excellent service. The food was amazing with great portions and excellent quality overall. The Sticky Toffee Pudding sadly defeated me.. “Amazing food, great service and unusual idea, all you can eat steak with the system of controlling when you wish to be served again by flipping the card from green to red. We visited last night for the first time and left really full and impressed. This is definitely not our last visit,the next time will probably come for bottomless service so drinks could flow as well. It's not cheap but it is worth the money. Everyone from the staff was very friendly and welcoming, the whole experience was just unforgettable including the deco and music. Thank you for having us and making our anniversary so special. “Eaten from the normal menu loads via takeout/online ordering, but today we ate in and had the breakfast. Tried the Morning Glory - hands down best breakfast menu item I've ever eaten, along with a brilliant brew (I want to buy one of those mugs!) and lovely atmosphere. Service was top notch, friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back for more brunches and sandwiches.”

Now the food. This is where Turquoise flexes its muscles. Take the full English. It’s not a plate of sadness and regret it’s a proper spread. The sausages aren’t your usual limp Richmonds. No these beauties taste like they’ve just been pinched from a farmer who still sings to his livestock. I don’t even like sausages usually but these have that magic balance meaty juicy and full of intent. And if you fancy they’ll happily swap one out for a Turkish sausage which adds a little drama to the plate like inviting a flamenco dancer to your breakfast table. Their Mediterranean and Turkish dishes carry the same ethos generous but never sloppy bold but never brash. You can tell nothing’s rushed here. It all tastes fresh like someone actually cared as they stirred the pot. The staff are relaxed happy and with that ease that says “We’d rather be here than anywhere else.” They don’t hover like suspicious pigeons nor do they vanish when you need them they’re just right. And the value. Well it’s excellent. Other places might leave you nursing the sting of buyer’s remorse but here you walk away content your wallet intact and your taste buds gently applauding. Turquoise doesn’t just feed you it reminds you that food cooked with love and pride makes everything better. And if you’re lucky the sausages might even wink at you on the way out”
