“Honestly footlights has been such an amazing experience for me, it’s genuinely supported me throughout my life and given me something to look forward to every weekend. I’ve been going to footlights since I was six and have made so many incredible memories and met just the most amazing people. “Relaxed little place, absolute gem for sushi, and I have to callout the cocktails - they're so affordable and are yummy. I've been here so many times now with different friends and even just once for a few cocktails. Always been excellent. Absolutely addicted to the salmon sashimi bowl, my definite go to. The platters are amazingly worth it (I used to live in London so...), portion size was SO GOOD, quality SO GOOD (see pics) Never get hot food here so can't really comment but can confirm it smells and looks yummy.”

He greeted me with a genuine smile and handled the check-in process quickly and professionally. What really stood out to me was how friendly and approachable he was throughout my stay. Whether I needed directions, restaurant suggestions, or help with a small issue in my room, Levon was always available and eager to help. He has a calm, polite manner that instantly puts you at ease. “Salford Quays Travelodge is the best in the whole country! Our favourite place to stay. Perfect for getting around Manchester by tram, and ideally situated for The Lowry theatre. And lovely Ordsall Hall. This Travelodge is always comfortable, warm and welcoming. The staff are smashing. Big thanks this time to Lavinia, Kevin and the nice young man who kept our delicious breakfasts topped up - I'm so sorry I didn't get your name. Already looking forward to our next visit.”

“My name is Ahlam, I am 19 years old, and my student number is 1485206. I’m really proud to be in my second year at The Manchester College, Shena Simon Campus. I’m really enjoying my time here.The teachers and staff are so supportive and helpful. I’ve learned a lot and feel more confident every day. It’s a great place to study! Last year, I completed the ESOL (16-18) Entry 3 course with the teacher Mark Gourlay , which helped me build my English skills and confidence. This year, I’m studying Functional Skills English and Maths with the adult group, and I’m really enjoying it. The teachers here are fantastic — my Maths teacher, Maryama Gholami, and my English teacher, Nuzhat Siddique, and my IT Teacher Asif Saleh are all very supportive, kind, and always explain everything clearly. They always take the time to help every student and make sure we all understand the lesson. The staff are else very helpful and friendly. Whenever I need help or have a question, there is always someone there to support me. The college offers so many great facilities, and the learning environment is very comfortable and welcoming. I’ve learned so much since I joined, not just in English and Maths, but also about communication, teamwork, and confidence. I feel really happy and safe here, and I enjoy coming to college every day. The Manchester College has given me a great experience, and I’m very thankful to be part of it. I would definitely recommend this college to anyone who wants to improve their skills and achieve their goals.”

“For many years I've been hesitant to book a consultation at Flex, due to my physical/mental health currently. However, a few months ago I took the leap and got intouch with Justina and I do not regret it one bit. We did a consultation, and then completed 5 sessions. Justina is very motivational, understanding, and gets results. I have changed many lifestyle habits already and mentally after each session, I feel great.
