“This is a great place to shop for clothing. I always have a look around here whenever I’m at the Trafford Centre. NEXT keep up with the latest fashions and thankfully their sizes fit me. This store has a wide range for Women, Men and Children so good for the whole family. There is a Costa Coffee shop in the store too. As with anywhere in the Trafford Centre it is better to come here during the week and not the weekend because it does get very busy here on Saturdays and Sundays. Also it’s easier to park during the week. There are many free car parks around the Trafford Centre but it fills up very quickly at weekends. If you can only get here at the weekend it’s better to come early. Thanks for reading.”

“Brilliant shop, but it went downhill for a time. The freezers were empty, so I stopped using it, I started going to Urmston, and the shop was packed out. The freezers were full, so that was my new go-to, so I thought I would give Eccles another try and guess what a new manager was in town and the shop was packed with great freezer products. “Great amount of stalls,cafes and food places - meat shops always got a big queue, african/Caribbean food stall looked lovely too. Numerous deli type places and butchers. A shop that sells cakes looks lush too. Didn't try any as was too hot and looking for a bottle of water. Lovely staff at the cafe in the middle had them chilled for 80p. Definitely worth a visit.”

“This is a huge store but very well set out. Coffee shop is great and although you had to order via a machine your coffee and sandwich was delivered to the table. It was very busy but the service was great. The table next to me had not understood the ordering correctly and over ordered so when the drinks were delivered there were too many. The lady waiting the table was so kind she sorted them out without causing and issue and organised a refund too. Very thoughtful. Sometimes we older people don't understand these machines and it would be a better idea in my opinion if there was someone there to assist with this or just by asking older people if they would like assistance ordering. As I said it was rather busy but well done to the lady who sorted it out.”
