Mo was super helpful and very knowledgeable, he made me comfortable and never tried to sell but explained my choices and the product features , ended up buying a pair of amazing Salming Venom shoes , by far the best court shoes I had used and I got it for a fantastic prices , even lesser than online price, most importantly there the human touch where my requirements was considered and right guidance was given by Mo. There are some occasional and party wear options but due to size of the shop the selction is limited. However the stock is always well updated. Also they stock a good selection of childrenwear for girls considering the size of the shop. Clothes are of great quality and value. Full price stock are usually on pricey side however the same item during sales are of excellent value. Highly recommended.”

“Back in the summer of 2024, I started looking for a company to make uniforms for the charity I’m apart of coordinating. I gave myself plenty of time to research and found what I thought was a good company. Unfortunately, they let me down badly, and I had to go through a long process to try and get my money back. “Placed a telephone call to UK Lacrosse this afternoon (Friday) with an equipment query. I couldn’t have been more catered too if I had tired. Really excellent customer service, and even though shut on Saturday, they have made arrangements for me to access equipment (helmets) I intend to try on for size (before buying) at another venue. So fast forward to Saturday, and I met up with UK Lacrosse at a Box Lacrosse competition in Macclesfield, again as stated, they bought along a few helmets for me to try out. Once settled on one, I was quite happy to place my order online and wait, but knowing that I needed it for Monday, they actually drove to their shop with me, opened up (despite being closed of a weekend) and let me complete the transaction and walk away with my new helmet. Excellent shop, excellent customer service, I’ll be back again, and advise everyone to utilise this gem of a store/company.”

“I want to share my exceptional experience. I purchased a pair of mens workout/lounge bottoms a few years ago whilst I was in New Zealand but a few months ago the material on one of the legs separated (looked like it was glued together, not stitched) and one of the pocket zips had broke. I spoke to the online chat (not the most helpful with understanding my issue), who eventually directed me to visit my nearest store as they would be able to help. I live in Plymouth with my nearest store being either in London or Manchester, so when I was in Manchester I thought I would try my luck and take them into the store to see if they could be repaired. A lady with the initials AD (sorry I cannot remember your name) was very friendly and welcoming helped me. She clearly told me what to possibly expect from a repair and how long it would take. I mentioned that I live in Plymouth so wouldn't be back in Manchester for a while, to which she said that they can post it back to me which was great. She also said that the service is free of charge (including the postage), which I was not expecting at all, but with the service I received I will definitely buy more from lululemon in the future. Thank you again for your help AD, it is greatly appreciated!”
