“I had an absolutely brilliant experience at Factory Outlet Sofa Superstore in Ashton and I can’t recommend it enough. Walking into the showroom was genuinely impressive — it once had hundreds of sofas to choose from, and even now the selection is still fantastic. There were so many styles, colours, and materials available that it really felt like there was something for everyone, whether you’re after something modern, traditional, or just super comfy. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Every single member of the team I spoke to was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions, gave honest advice, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. You can tell they know their products well and really care about making sure customers leave happy. After looking around and trying out a few options, I found the perfect sofa, and the whole process from choosing it to arranging delivery was smooth and stress-free. I’m absolutely buzzing to get my new sofa next week — the quality looked amazing, and the price was great too. Overall, my visit to Factory Outlet Sofa Superstore Ashton was a genuinely enjoyable experience. Great selection, amazing staff, and excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new sofa!”

“I trained with SkinSuiteMCR and honestly had such a good experience. She really knows her stuff when it comes to skin and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I felt comfortable, supported and came away confident in what I’d learned. She’s professional but also really friendly, which makes the whole process so much better. Would 100% recommend her to anyone wanting to train in skin.”

“A decent Marriott Hotel, which has had good investment over the years. Well presented with nice external / outsourced dining of a good standard. Well worth a stop if using the airport to go on Holiday. Good for when you need to entertain at a restaurant. Would not hesitate to recommend, good chain of hotels with decent standards at all times.”

“Everything was as I expected for the style and location of an affordable hotel within a reasonable distance to the airport. Nothing fancy, but well maintained and had everything we'd needed. The front desk staff was very helpful and offered suggestions for where my husband could watch a "very important football game" (isn't every game important. lol) as well as restaurant options if we were wanting to eat outside of the hotel. We would definetly stay here again.”

“We only dine here, we don't stay in the hotel as we live locally. The Coach House is our favourite 'go-to' place to eat out. We'll be very sorry to see it close. We've had group family celebrations here, as well as quiet meals out as a couple. Great food, great staff, warm & welcoming atmosphere.”

“Booked two seperate rooms on a Friday when attending a concert at co op live. Its about a 25 minute walk from the venue and there is frequent buses across the road into the centre, journey takes about 10 minutes. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Guy at reception was lovely. The club/restaurant downstairs was closed when we stayed so cannot comment on noise levels.”

“You get what you pay for is it a Hilton no but it’s cheap central and comfy. The room was clean no complaints easy access 24/7 reception. Hot water and nice staff. If your coming for WHP or and concerts it’s cheap and it does the job. DO NOT SHARE A ROOM WITH SOMEONE YOU NOT COMFORTABLE BEING NAKED AROUND the shower isn’t in a separate room. However, if your good mates or in a relationship and looking for a cheap nights stay that’s clean and has a bed it’s the place.”

“I had a great stay at this hotel before my flight from Manchester Airport. It was super convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. What really made the experience, though, was the excellent service. Faizan, in particular, was fantastic. He handed me my key and was so friendly and approachable, which I really appreciated. As a nervous flyer, his ability to communicate and just talk about things really helped take my mind off my worries and made me feel a lot better about the flight ahead. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near the airport.”

“Due to traffic I was totally late for check in but the staff were lovely and still got me in, the place is massive and when I got to my room It was spotless. The room was simply immaculate, no dirt or dust and very spacious, the bed was tidy and comfortable. There was coffee and tea stuff to help yourself to, a phone if i need any assistance and the view was lovely, the scape of Eccles looked like stars, bathroom was also amazing. Honestly it's the nicest place I've stayed in a while, I book a lot of hotels for trips and this was one I couldn't fault at all. I'd definitely stay again and will be adding it to my favourites!”

“I wanted to just leave a thank you for Hammad Shaheen (hotel manager) / anyone else others the who send my lost property back to me when I'd left it behind. This hotel isn't glitz and glam, its price represents what you're getting, we stayed on new years day, 5 people in the group paid on average £43pp, in Manchester you just can't find those prices. As long as we had a bed we were happy. On the other hand in our particular room it had a tv, kettle, iron, etc, it was more than well equipped for the price. I would say if you book this hotel you need to be happy with a 'rough around the edges' sort of hotel experience, don't be expecting what you get or hilton or of the big chains - I've stayed in some fancier places but most of the time I'm out the room, All said and done it got the job done for us, and if you're not spending £££ don't expect some 4 star hotel experience. Price represents what you get. On the other hand if the price is similar to more luxurious bookings and you want that, definitely choose other options.”

    Premier Inn Manchester Altrincham hotel

    ★★★☆☆ 3.8

“Nearly didn't book here due to some bad reviews. Glad I did because the place is fine. It does look a bit tatty on the outside but it is OK inside. Although it is on a main road into Manchester we were surprised at how little traffic there was overnight. Our room was overlooking the road and we had no problem with traffic noise. It had acoustic double glazing that was very effective. There is no air con but a fan is provided which helps. We were there on one of the hottest days/nights and found it tolerable. The meal deal was good. You eat in the pub which is attached to the hotel. Unfortunately it doesn't have any real ale but the Draught Guinness was good. There was a selection of lager and cider. So don't be put off, if it is convenient for you go for it.”

    Argos Manchester Arndale

“Been going to this store since I was a young lad and as an older fella these days, the store is just as great as ever. I prefer to shop here rather than use some online mega shop like Amazon or Ebay, as I can get everything I want without worrying if a courier will deliver or not. The staff have always and are still superb and offer great customer service. Having the Argos Card is also helpful too if you want to make a big price purchase but would rather pay in instalments rather than a big chunk of money leave your account right away. The Argos Card is also far easier to apply for than something other finance companies offer as you don't need a drivers licence or passport for the Argos Card, which could make things easier, especially for the younger adult shoppers.”
