“I have had two repairs done here, an iPad port/charger issue back in 2021, and a replacement screen last November (2024). Both have been excellent. I've had no issues with the replacement screen whatsoever and it resolved an additional microphone issue I had that turned out to be hardware related! It may not be the cheapest service - another potential customer was moaning when I was there - but I think that's because they are doing a good job. I would trust them with any future repairs.”

“Went to purchase some toys for my sons birthday today. One was a twin pack of monster trucks. I asked the lady if we could choose particular ones. Usually you just get what you get but she was amazing and went to check if they had the one we wanted. They didn't so she then rang Elk Mill to see if they had the one we wanted and offered all help she could to find the particular ones. Unfortunately she couldn't find them but was so lovely and let us choose between what they had in. Usually nobody would do this so i was so grateful to her. “Needed to have my daughter's screen replaced on her brand-new Samsung phone as she dropped it on concrete only 2 weeks after receiving it for her birthday. A Gentleman named Mo who is very polite and professional quoted for and fixed the phone the same day. I didn't need an appointment, the phone was fixed in just over an hour. He also put a screen protector on the phone the prevent any future scratches or bumps.
