“Andrew was so lovely, and he took a design both me and my husband to be had deigned so it had a bit of both of us on it and made it come to full fruition! He had also designed a ring for my Nanna, a few years back, so after she had passed away & I had inherited it, then had it stolen from me I wanted it recreated in white gold. So very kindly, Andrew dug out the design specs for me, sized my finger and it was also perfect! I won’t go anywhere else for my jewellery needs/wants, and I would ONLY USE HIS NAME if anyone asked me for a recommendation! I suggest everyone who want a fair price for any kind of jewellery bespoke or otherwise, to go to see him themselves before going anywhere else! In the pictures, the two hands you can see our wedding bands and the recreation on my middle finger, Andrew also made the ring in the second picture for my grandfather when he first opened his shop I believe, but it was being worn by my father in this picture, and the third picture gives you a better look at my wedding ring, it’s a white gold spinner with a small black diamond and filigree letters all the way around saying, I will love you forever, in Spanish! As ever, they were great value for money, much cheaper than the other chain store jewellery companies in Bury, and the staff are lovely to deal with. They rang me a couple of times to keep me informed about when I could pick them up—fantastic independent store. Shop local!”

“Best shop ever! BWD is just the best. Full of great labels you can always find something for every occasion, casual or glam. The staff are fantastic. They help you with clothes that suit you, give constructive advice and opinions and alternatives to try if you need a bit of assistance for the right look. I always find something just right and their loyalty card points scheme is fab, you feel like you are getting a little something back and rewards custom. It's my go to shop for when I'm looking to treat myself. It's also where my husband goes to treat me too as they always look after him in there. I rarely bother to clothes shop town now. With great labels on my doorstep and staff that actually care about their customers why would I?”

A lovely relaxed atmosphere and nothing was too much trouble I was encouraged to try on as many outfits that I wanted after chatting with Paula about my style and colour preferences. I do not like clothes shopping but needed a wedding outfit. I had a very enjoyable visit, every outfit tried on fitted me, some more comfortable than others and I am delighted with my final choice. I also found out that I can hire the matching hat which was an added bonus. There is also the added bonus of a seamstress being available, for any alterations required. Highly recommend a visit and I will certainly return as and when I need more outfits, be it casual, dressy or formal.”
