“Lovely birthday lunch here yesterday. Yummy selection of veggie starters. We ordered the offer of 6 starts for around £30-ish for two of us and was more than enough for us both (we couldn't eat it all). Had to try the 12hr baked potatoes just to see what that was all about and they were absolutely divine! Def a recommend from me.”

“I have been to Lux Lounge six times so far and I love it the atmosphere the food especially the barbecue ,friendly staff(abdula, Ali, Hazim) and excellent service plenty of parking everything amazing it’s my favourite place. I came all the way from Bolton.”

“Incredible food, venue and service. Staff were very attentive and handled an unexpected fire alarm really well. The international menu is fantastic and caters for all tastes and preferences… theres a nice mix of traditional and more inspirational dishes. The food was also really well presented and tasted of quality. Ambient and tidy setting. Reasonably priced. I was only visiting the area but I would absolutely return again.”

“We used this venue as a campervan stopover. Which was mostly OK. When we arrived to pitch up the parking area was pretty well at capacity due to a Bowls match, tis cleared after about 2 hours or so and we were able to pitch up. As this was free we decided to meet with my sister and partner and my son. The 5 of us had a pleasant meal in the pub which we enjoyed. I would suggest that the proprietors consider putting an outside drinking water tap and marked bins for waste recycling. I have no doubt that we shall be visiting again.”

“Great pub, great food. Been here a few times to dine all of which were great, most recently yesterday. Staff are friendly and helpful and always accommodating. The pub area is dog friendly with a log fire warming the pub, the restaurant is in the conservatory. Not been in the beer garden but it looks very spacious. The food is slightly more expensive than other pubs however the quality of food, venue and service justify this fairly.”

“Visited 29/04/2024, at lunch time parking was available in the limited spots at front of the building. Go in and there is the restaurant part to the right as you go in. The seabass on the potato dauphinois and green beans was very tasty, the side of salt and pepper chips was also nice. “I've been going to The Urmston regularly for almost 10 years now! My friends and I started going to the Pub Quiz there on Thursdays back in 2016 and we still go to this day! We've made many friends through the quiz and we love all of the locals too. The staff here have always made us feel welcome and that's why we still go week in, week out! Plus, the food is really good too! My family and I often enjoy dropping in for a Sunday dinner now and again.”
