“Great place just at the start of an estate but very easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Separate waiting areas for cats and dogs which is a great help. I was seen very quickly and the vet was wonderful. It was a little busy as it was the morning but no very long waits. Fantastic service from a very worthwhile charity. You so get asked if you would like to make a donation. Which I did as I have insurance and the donation goes a very long way. Only problem was a very very unhappy and disgruntled cat!!”

“I was recommended Ashleigh Vets in Chorlton for my rabbit . It was a 50 mile trip but well worth it. The clinic was busy and lively but not stressful for animal. I had a list of bunny health concerns and was reassured with practical help and advice. Ben wasn't used to such attention and was a little nervous but he is now a very happy bunny.”

“Our pug was urgently treated at Woodcroft for an ulcer on his cornea. The care from the staff was fantastic from the reception team, the nurses and the brilliant surgeon Alistair. Hopefully we are at the end of the treatment but I cannot recommend highly enough, every one at the hospital, pets are truly part of the family and watching what our Reggie has gone through is distressing, without Woodcroft it could have been so much worse. “I can’t thank Yew Tree Vets enough for the incredible care they gave to my dog, Buddy. He recently had to have his tail amputated, and from start to finish the team went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and well looked after. Buddy is quite an anxious dog, but they were so patient and gentle with him, helping to put him at ease throughout the whole process. A very special mention to Ocean, the vet who carried out his surgery – she was absolutely amazing and made sure Buddy was cared for every step of the way. Her kindness, skill, and compassion made a difficult experience so much easier. I’m so grateful for the exceptional care they provided – Buddy is recovering well thanks to them. “Attended for my dog's booster. Greeted by two friendly receptionists and seen on time. Chelsea, the vet, gave a thorough examination and talked through any concerns and asked regarding Poppy's general well being, once happy with her, she was given her booster and some medication. Cost was within what I had budgeted for and wholly happy with our visit, as was Poppy whose tail never stopped wagging.”

“This is for the reception staffs snd the vet - Manasa who have helped us tonight. There was a delay at first due to a pet being put to sleep, however the staffs made sure they informed us of the situation and even offered us drinks while we waited. This is already beyond being “proactive”. The vet - Manasa, she is the best vet we have ever seen in the UK. Very knowledgeable, quick in diagnosis, keep us well informed with the situation and reminded us on the medication. We were well advised and Manasa have gone above and beyond with our situation. If management is seeing this, the receptionist and the vet truly deserve shoutouts.”

“We can’t recommend Beech House Vets enough. When we had to use their emergency service, they literally saved our dog’s life. They kept us reassured with updates and even sent photos throughout the night. We truly don’t know what we would have done without them. The love, care, and compassion shown by every staff member to both the animals and their owners is unmatched. We’ve now officially registered both of our dogs with them and, while we hope never to need the emergency service again, we have peace of mind knowing they’re there if we do.”
