“Had our Christmas social lunch here for the 2nd year on the run and as last year the service, food and atmosphere was first class!”

“Visited this pub yesterday before our fa cup game at the etihad perfect location not far to walk to the ground staff were lovely and was made welcome by other supporters in the pub. We was there as away supporters and returned after the match and loved our time there great prices great staff overall a lovely few hours in this pub will pop in again when revisiting Manchester thank you”

“A real upscale place! Fabulous spacious bar with plenty of seating and large screens, lovely clean room for 3 adults sharing. Not a lot of parking but that was the only complaint. Fabulous breakfast too, even swapped out my egg for black pudding which not everywhere will do. Great and also close to other bars and Horwich centre - about a mile walk to the Bolton Wanderers ground.”

“Just top class food served by amazing staff in an amazing venue which is worth a visit just to see the building. My wife had chorizo in honey, (to die for,) followed by a half chicken which was amazing. I had the mackeral to start and then pork medalions, which were stunning. She had a profiteroll with sour cherrys to finish and I had an amazing cheese board. Wonderfull. See the pics.”

“Absolutely loved our experience at Sweet Diner in Denton! The burgers and shakes were amazing—great quality and bursting with flavor. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We ordered a strawberry sherbet but didn’t quite enjoy it, and without any fuss, they kindly replaced it with a vanilla ice cream free of charge. Such a thoughtful gesture! Highly recommended for great food and exceptional service!”

“Stopped into this pub on the way home from a weekend wedding to break up our journey. The chef and host could not do anymore for us. The food (mikes kitchen) was delicious I had a chicken roast and my husband had a homemade pie. Our daughter is a fussy eater they accommodated her perfectly. Staff were very friendly and easy to talk to, as we left they were setting up for karaoke, wish we weren't leaving.”

“Not bad at all much better inside than the outside makes it look . Food is ok , not badly priced . Staff are good . Clean and tidy good atmosphere . About £13 on average for a plate of food and a drink . Pool table available and you can order from the app. Straight to the table . Really good staff who come over and check all is good and say hello and goodbye as you enter and leave . Nice pub . Nice staff well worth a visit”

“So pleased I've discovered the atmosphere bar. Located within the university house this is the university's main SU bar but also well used by Peel Park visitors. The bar is located on the first floor of the building and is easily missed if you don't know it's there. Once inside there are three distinct and different parts of the bar. Firstly the main bar and largest space is like a sports bar with plenty of screens to watch live sporting events. Secondly, there is a games bar with pool tables and retro arcade games and darts. Thirdly there is a mezzanine floor which carries a whole different decor and vibe. Much more intermate and lounge like you can easily find your own space to work or have a private drink. I didn't sample the food but it appeared to be very good value for money. The beer selection was excellent and very well priced. £3.80 for a pint of Guinness and £3.70 for a pint of Madri. The Guinness was excellent too. When I'm next in Peel Park I'll certainly pay a visit to Atmosphere.”

The food was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the service was brilliant throughout. A special shout-out to Nari, who looked after us perfectly. Friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend and will be returning!”

“This is the best breakfast I've had in years. We had the large breakfast and couldn't manage it all. Everything is cooked to order, it's hot and fresh, and just a few steps better quality than almost everywhere else we have stopped for breakfast. This was exceptional and I won't hesitate to recommend Cafe Se7en. We will definitely be back.”

“I recently visited the cafe place and it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The interior is beautifully designed, with a perfect balance of modern and rustic touches. The staff really knows their stuff when it comes to food – you can tell they take pride in what they do. I also loved the music and the general vibe of the place – perfect for a relaxing break or catching up with friends. Highly recommend if you're looking for great coffee and a welcoming environment. “To experience this oddity in the modern world you cannot do it over a couple of drinks or a fleeting visit. It has historical and cultural depths that the locals are barely conscious of and only the regulars get it. Once you get it you'll find it difficult to let go. When I enter the MOP it feels like I'm putting on an old, but well loved jacket, with its creases that fits just right. Comfortable.”

“Who would make a review for whetherspoon? I think it is because it us one of the best. Very polite staff, nice environment and most important, very very nice breakfast, especially the bacon. It is sometimes tricky that different branches of whetherspoon varies a lot. Anyway this one is impressive.”

“Been here a few times over the years but first visit since 2020. A very traditional restaurant that has had a much needed make over; including finally updating the toilets. Draught Cobra is always welcome. They currently offer half price food from 5 pm to 6.30pm Monday to Thursday. Jorvic really enjoyed the food. All the classic dishes. Had very fresh poppadums with a generous pickle tray. Tasty lamb tikka and chilli chicken. Two good mains with one pilau rice and one naan. This food plus 4 pints less than £50. Food much improved from last visit. Will be back. They also do a good trade in take away, the phone constantly rings.”
