“Stayed one night with my partner, had the dinner for two deal. Stud bar was excellent, barman friendly and made a mean cocktail. Reception and restaurant staff were also friendly and helpful. The food and atmosphere in the restaurant were of really high quality and the breakfast was also amazing. Would recommend. Rooms and facilities were first rate.”

“This hotel it great! Really close to shops and amenities and very clean and nicely done up. The only negative is having no hot drinks facilities in the room... and only being able to get a hot drink by visiting the restaurant downstairs :( A very special mention to staff member Lee who went out of her way to bring my food order to my room for me on the first day of my stay! Exceptional customer service which I hope will be rewarded when her superiors read this :)”

“Wow what can i say we had our wedding here 2 weeks ago and it really was the perfect venue. Lucy was amazing and really helpful during the planning and on the day everything went exactly as it should all the staff were amazing on the day! jake was so helpful the night before accomadating a big party for food and was amazing on the wedding day too. John our master of ceromonies was fabulous too. All guests commented on how lovely there room was. We used the Delamere suite to get ready and for our wedding night and it was perfect. Thank you so much to everybody who made our day amazing ❤️”

“The Wilmslow Lodge is in a good location,quiet and just minutes from the town centre.We had a nice ground floor room with a good comfortable bed, great TV and it's just feet away from our pub/restaurant.The carpark is just outside the door and there's plenty of space.An ideal place to stay for a great weekend away.”

“Went here before a gig, was a lovely meal! The place is tucked away from the main street, and thankfully takes walk ins, so we wandered in and got seated straight away. Service was quick and friendly, and the food! Great sharing plate for starters, and then both shared red/green curries for mains with sticky rice. Cannot fault any aspect of the experience.”

“Terrific pub, but I would say pricey for the area. Locals are friendly and chatty if you're from out of town as well as with the locals. The bar staff were Terrific and accommodating. Had a great night and will be back.”

“Visited this pub yesterday before our fa cup game at the etihad perfect location not far to walk to the ground staff were lovely and was made welcome by other supporters in the pub. We was there as away supporters and returned after the match and loved our time there great prices great staff overall a lovely few hours in this pub will pop in again when revisiting Manchester thank you”

“We stayed in room 214, room was clean a bit on the small side,bedding and towels were clean, bed was firm and the pillows were very firm,not much of a view, we had 4 pidgeons keep in us company outside the window,we didn’t get a good nights sleep because the thermostat which was next to the bed kept clicking all night, quite loudly so we didn’t get much sleep. The soap hadn’t been re filled in the shower, we asked at reception and it was filled, staff very pleasant but overall well worth the money”

“Thank you to Noori Travels as this was my first time going on Umrah and Noori Travels was a recommendation from a colleague so I went to their Travel shop in Levenshulme and the service provided by Awais was exceptional as he provided usefull information regarding umrah and gave booklets,tasbees and water bottles for zam zam water. The visa process was fast and easy as I got it within 2 days. Also they gave fast responses to any emails or phone calls I did. Highly recommended as prices are reasonable and the travel agents are very reliable and friendly. Last minute flight booking is very easy with them as they respond with in an hour and provide flight updates”

“Efficient service for both journeys. Ian arrived well before our pick up time and had us at the airport promptly. Our return plane was cancelled but we were collected by Steve a day later than planned and our friendly driver had us home within 30 mins of pick up. Excellent service both ways. Thank you .”

“To experience this oddity in the modern world you cannot do it over a couple of drinks or a fleeting visit. It has historical and cultural depths that the locals are barely conscious of and only the regulars get it. Once you get it you'll find it difficult to let go. When I enter the MOP it feels like I'm putting on an old, but well loved jacket, with its creases that fits just right. Comfortable.”

“I am so glad that I have booked my first Umrah trip with Mohsin Bahi from Wish Travel. It was easy and hassle free process. I have been give. Different options/packages to choose from. The hotel is Madinah was 5* and about 50 steps away masjid door. The Hotel in Makkah was 4* and about 7 mins walk to Haram shareef. My flight was very good with just over 2 hour wait in Bahrain. It was an amazing experience to do my first Umrah and thank you for making it hassle free and easy for me. My ALLAH give more Barakah in your business AMEEN”

“We had the best camping trip for two nights, toilets and showers were clean and the showers were nice and hot. With gorgeous views, it really was very relaxing where the children had full use of the open field. The owners were helpful and once checked in, we were left to our own devices. There's pubs and parks all within a 5 minute drive away and a big tesco round the corner too. It is just a shame you can't have camp fires as that would have made the evenings that bit better with smores. But regardless we would still definitely revisit again. Thank you for a lovely stay!”

“We stayed at this hotel as a night out delayed Valentine’s Day. The hotel is very tastefully decorated with comfortable surroundings. The room we stayed in was spacious with a nice bath tub and freestanding rainforest shower. The bed was extremely large and very comfortable however, my only gripe with the whole stay is that the pillows were quite thick and uncomfortable, we ended up getting cricked necks. When making the booking, I mentioned that it was our first night out in 6+ months since my mother in law fell ill and we were celebrating Valentine’s Day a few days later and the staff left us some chocolates, balloons and rose petals scattered around the room. It really made a nice touch to our stay!”

“Family 2 adults 2 children (ages1 and 9 ) on arrival we requested a couple of things , the staff went above and beyond to help and made it the most wonderful arrival for the children. We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed which 9 year old loved . Spacious clean plenty of storage , having the kitchen area , complete with washer dryer was a game changer , couple of washing tablets supplied so was able to leave without worrying about doing all the washing when we got home . Being able to use the swimming pool from 6am until 10pm and the gym open all hours with no added extra cost and towels supplied , was absolutely amazing and they’re really well presented. Car park right on the doorstep along with arndale a couple of minutes walk at the most . Overall a most relaxed memorable weekend will definitely use them again and really well priced . “My friends and I came to Cottons between Christmas and New Year’s for a spa day and stay, it was a lovely day and all the facilities were fantastic. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and the spa was peaceful and relaxing. My friends had a lovely stay in the hotel and a lovely breakfast before departing. Thank you to Paul Savage who delt with our booking and helped if we needed anything, we loved our trip! Thank you for a lovely weekend we will be making this a new tradition for our friend group at Christmas time.”

“I attended the Autumn Spa Day with my Mum today, which was a birthday gift. We had an absolutely lovely time, the facilities are wonderful, loved the various sauna/steam rooms etc available. The outdoor thermal pool was fabulous too. We also joined in with an aqua aerobics class which was on at the time and we really enjoyed it. To finish off we had a 50 minute treatment which was incredible, the girls were wonderful who did the treatments and made sure we were always happy & comfortable. The staff on the spa reception were also really helpful and happy to help us. Although the changing rooms were a little tired and in need on a facelift, it didn’t affect our visit whatsoever! We would definitely return!”
