The hotel is also very close to the train stop, so it's easy to get around. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also good, with a decent variety of options available. Overall, I highly recommend this Premier Inn. “We can’t recommend Beech House Vets enough. When we had to use their emergency service, they literally saved our dog’s life. They kept us reassured with updates and even sent photos throughout the night. We truly don’t know what we would have done without them. The love, care, and compassion shown by every staff member to both the animals and their owners is unmatched. We’ve now officially registered both of our dogs with them and, while we hope never to need the emergency service again, we have peace of mind knowing they’re there if we do.”

The cafe area near the kitchen has lovely circular tables that we covered in pretty tablecloths with artificial flowers on each table, each table could easily sit six. There is a creche area for younger children, clean toilets near the entrance way. A security system to gain access to the building that requires a code, so you can keep your younger children safe from wondering outside unattended. And let only your party in when you have hire of the hall. Large car park as well”

“Wonderful soundproofing for a city location. Didn't hear traffic, banging doors or anything during the night. Very comfy bed, powerful shower, clean and useful facilities. Also lovely friendly lady on reception. Late checkout brilliant too. The beefeater attached to it is great as well. We arrived very tired from long journey and took advantage of the special offer for dinner and breakfast. Food was delicious, portions good and Holly our waitress was brilliant.”

Their positive attitude and helpful nature contribute significantly to the inviting atmosphere of the centre. However, The sports centre is beginning to show its age, and certain parts of the facility, particularly the changing rooms and could do with some tender loving care. Updating areas would go a long way in enhancing the overall user experience.”

He is engaging with all the children, chatting, splashing them, throwing buckets of water at them. It is him that has made the experience extra fun!”
