“Excellent service. Order online arrived quickly - great quality clothing will definitely be using again”
“Very nice store, and helpful and friendly staff. The original price is very expensive but with outlet is very cheap compared to the original price. As well, when I went today they had an additional 20% off the OUTLET price which is very good! A pair of leggings that usually costs 70/80 pound was reduced to 39 pounds and then reduced by 20% to 31 pound approximately I am very happy with my purchases and visit at this outlet store. I hope to come back soon!”
“Good Shop, I was served by SJ and she was very friendly and helped me to the right choice . Will definitely come Back. Lots of choices for presents with good prices”
“Good shopping experience. Neat and clean shop. A wide range of collections and displays are attractive. The stylish fashion at a good price. Men's dress and accessories like caps available. Customer service and support are also satisfied. The shop is not too busy. The lighting inside the shop is very good and they have fitting rooms.”
“Always great service from the staff here and store always looks well presented and tidy.”
“Came in yesterday to buy my grandson some bits and bobs for his birthday, and the sales associates were ever so kind and helped me with what I needed. I didnt catch the young mans name but he had floppy hair and was somewhat tall and was wearing a black coloured lanyard. I hope my grandson likes his items!”
“I ordered some what I thought were basic protein shakers, LifeLine Strg Shkr Btl 99. Hands down the best thing ever as I have been paying nearly £10 for the shaker and find this for £1.50 online only RUNNNN”
“Very good selection of clothing and footwear. Well stocked. Very good service. Well done.”
“Quick service and friendly staff”
“BIBA.... Iconic fashion designer Barbara Hulanicki founded this company and name in the early 1960s. Her store was in High st Kensington and was well known for its dark atmospheric art deco rooms where you could choose your black tulip lipstick to organic oatmeal soap, not to mention the clothes that were a lifestyle, not fashion. Just heard that H of Fraser is discontinuing the BIBA collection sometime soon, so sad. In a world where fashion is dictated by celebrities and everyone flocks to buy it, anyone who wears BIBA stands out from the crowd.. nuff said.”
“Good stock but staff weren't fourth coming with helping out, usually you get approached when walking into a store but not at this one, which put me off buying anything. I don't like giving bad reviews but it's the truth.”
“Great shop, love everything they sell, overall one of my favourite shops!”
“I have real difficulties getting my girls (aged 6&7) to enjoy clubs, but this is their second time going and they've come home begging to go back! I think they are especially enjoying the smaller setting (spratton school). They adore Charlie & Emma and its so lovely to see their big smiles at the end of the day, thank you!”
“My new favourite activewear brand!”
