“I attended the clinic twice for an extraction under sedation, and was extremely anxious about the procedure. At the first appointment I was reassured greatly by a lovely dentist who explained everything to me and put my mind at rest. I was contacted by telephone to ensure I had all the necessary paperwork and was happy to go ahead, and then was called in promptly for the extraction. The team were wonderful. Smiley and welcoming, the anaesthetist talked me through my sedation and I was completely put at ease. I was then escorted to my waiting husband who was informed about my aftercare and reassured that everything went well. I cannot recommend them highly enough, I am always terrified of the dentist and they made my experience so comfortable, many many thanks!”

“UHP dental care provide an excellent service. Appointments are on time and when things do go wrong they let you know quickly. They respond quickly to painful emergencies and always keep you informed. I am glad they are looking after my teeth!”

“Amazing place...am totally afraid of dentists... No matter who you see, whether its the reception staff, dental nurses, dentists, they all put you at ease... Have plenty of time for you...do not rush you.... They tell you all they are doing....and truly make you feel as comfortable as possible... No one likes the Dentist?? You may find you dont mind after visiting here... Truly would say, all my experiences here have been positive, and not as bad as other places I have had dental work... Lovely and clean also...and great if you are disabled, as all on one level...”

“I needed a lot of work doing and essentially a whole new set of bottom teeth, after looking around at various different private dentists I chose Da Vinci with absolutely no regrets. While I undoubtedly could have gone abroad and got it done cheaper I worked out the better long term option was to get the work done slowly and properly closer to home as in the long term it would be better both financially and more importantly for the final outcome of dental work. All the staff and the dentists who I have now seen most of at the practice are the utmost professional and caring. With me now being a regular client going forward for my future dental care because they did such a great job of giving me a whole brand new set of permeant teeth all on a set of 6 implants!!! “Brilliant service, I’m quite an anxious person going to the dentist after my last practice I had an anxiety attack and they pinned my head down, the dentist I had since coming here has been foot perfect went through the process and procedures amazingly prescribed me what I need for my dental hygiene care and the lady who did the X-rays/scans of my teeth to get a denture fitted was amazing and looked after me. I got my denture fitted today after losing a tooth a few years back to a nasty infection that went to the roots. I can finally feel confident in myself smile again”

“Manage to get 3 appointments for the family 1 after another. Kids first time at the dentist was nice and quick and gave us information on drinks so the kids understood why I say no to fizzy drinks all the time. My appointment was brilliant gave me information on the dental plan upcoming to get my teeth sorted. Completely recommend if you can get in.”

He explains everything and always asks if you have any questions or concerns. He goes out of his way to make you feel at ease. What’s more the reception team are always very helpful too, and try their very best to get you an appointment at a convenient time. My little one was super worried and anxious (despite the appointment not being for her) and by the end she was sitting on the dentist chair speaking them both! Ruby couldn’t have been kinder and gave my little one some stickers and Zaeed was so attentive, kind, not judging and made us very comfortable. Price is very reasonable for private dentistry but more importantly the chief dentist Lee, was able to give you comprehensive understanding of your problems and provide you range of potential treatment options, then offering his advice for the most suitable for you. “I was referred to the Shakespeare Centre by my dentist for a procedure that he advised required more specialist skills. My treatment was carried out by Mr Shadid. At each step in the process, he fully explained the necessary steps and the expected outcomes. I was very pleased with the overall outcome. Mr Shadid is a very skilled and professional dental surgeon and made the whole process seem a lot less stressful than it might otherwise have been. All the staff at the Centre were genuinely caring and friendly. I would 100% recommend Mr Shadid and his staff.”

“Good dental practice. Always found the NHS dentists very friendly & helpful. Not scary at all. They're very good if you have anxiety or children who are afraid of the dentist. There's also a private dentist here who is really good. Don't think they have any open spaces for registration at the moment, but I would highly recommend them when they do, and I would also recommend the private dentist.”
